J'adore aller à l'Institut de tourisme & d'hôtellerie. On y découvre des plats de grande qualité. La présentation est spectaculaire. Juste un petit bémol, le vin blanc québécois (Chardonnay) n'est pas à la hauteur.

Entrée de coeur de canard tiède froid.... Attente un peu longue pour un 2 e verre de vin donc repas a refroidi. Banquette non confortable (coussins seraient appréciés).

Tres déçu du service honnêtement, nous savions que la table nous etait disponible jusqu'à 20:15. A peine 3 minutes apres l'entrée le plats principale est arrivée franchement trop rapide, a 3 reprises ont a voulu nous débarrasser de notre plats principale ça pressait pourtant nous avons amplement le temps.Pour le dessert ont ne nous a même pas offert de café.

Nous sommes des habituée de l'ITHQ, le service y est toujours impeccable. Par contre, vendredi a été une expérience décevante pour nous. Notre serveuse était dissipée & nous étions oubliés. Elle est aussi partie en cuisine avec notre bouteille de vin alors qu'elle était à moitié pleine sans nous le dire, puis l'a rapporté à la table quand nous devions quitter. Soirée décevante.
