Entrée & arrivage du jour très savoureux. Très belles présentations. Dessert "champignon" trop bon & tellement beau qu'il est difficile d'y plonger la fourchette. Plein de découvertes: asperges & sa compote de rhubarbe, les beaux petits pâtissons tout verts accompagnant le poisson mi-cuit & fumé, la mousse de nos forêts servie bien croquante au dessert. Bravo à toute l'équipe. Un tres bon repas dans un bel environnement avec du personnel chaleureux & attentionné. Merci pour ce beau moment.

Our lunch venue today was called ITHQ - a restaurant attached to the institute of tourism & hotel hospitality. We opted to sit outside on the shaded terrace - service was very friendly, welcoming & relaxed with the wait staff smartly turned out in the restaurant's livery. The food was perfect in every way - we chose to have the ‘catch of the day' - the smoked Arctic char was lightly cooked - so tender & flavoursome. This was served on roasted new potatoes, edamame beans & mini courgettes with a light hollandaise sauce. There was a choice of just two desserts - a strawberry tartlet with strawberry & lilac sorbet completed our meal perfectly. We were so pleased to have dined at this fine restaurant - we felt it was very good value considering the quality of the food on offer. The restaurant was easily reached by metro, just a couple of minutes walk from Sherbrooke Station.

En vacances au Québec ,nous avons vraiment apprécié ce repas gastronomique .

Dans 2 plats (entrée & dessert) l'harmonie entre sauce/ornement & le centre n'était pas tellement compétent malgré que la présentation des plats est tellement artistique..
