Charmante expérience avec Ariane & son équipe: bel accueil, très bien conseillé pour les choix mets & vins, délicieux & présentation parfaite. Toutefois, on aurait apprécié plus grosse portion d'accompagnements ou un « a-côté « aux assiettes principales. Bravo & Merci ! On y retournera!

Nous y sommes allés pour essayer l'accord mets & vins, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité des plats qui étaient tous délicieux servi avec de bons vins de sélection privée. Nous avons eu un service impeccable, personnels souriant & très courtois. J'y retournerai ça c'est certain & j'invite les gens à l'essayer pour encourager la relève de chez nous!

Explication expéditive par certains serveurs sur le menu. On nous a mis sur la table un autre choix de dessert sans nous donner explications, un peu cavalier pour une école hôtelière. Pour un menu dégustation ça n'a pas été une expérience comme nous souhaitons vivre pour une soirée spéciale.

5/5. Entrée soupe ortie : créativité avec légumes & croutons + ajout crème ortie. Pintade rôtie à point servie chaude. Salade avec vinaigrette appropriée. Dessert fromage + fraises: bonne portion. Tisane Roïbos aromatisée très finement. Pain frais apprécié. Le tout goûteux, bonne association des saveurs avec une créativité au service de la gastronomie. Excellent service. Remerciements à toute la brigade.
