Un restaurant à découvrir ou à redécouvrir! Étonnamment, plusieurs tables étaient libres. Nous avons choisi le menu dégustation. Très belle expérience de raffinement! Un détail à souligner: le sommelier, dans sa présentation du premier vin, a parlé de note « légèrte ». Ouf! Légère, svp!

Excellent, belle cuisine, qualité très stable. Magnifique menu dégustation avec accompagnement des vins. Service un peu lent, serveuse probablement en formation.
Mais bien sûr on n'y retourne.

Un peu décevant pour le prix.
Une très très bonne entrée de ragoût de champignons forestiers, mais un ceviche de pétoncles un peu fade.
Un flétan très « nature », bonne cuisson mais manque de saveurs.
Des frégola façon risotto très quelconques, malheureusement.
On retient par contre la mise en bouche de hareng, légère, savoureuse.
Un souffle de maïs en dessert qui était plutôt une génoise légère au maïs.
On aurait aimé davantage de parfums, d'audace, & de goût.
