La mauvaise note est pour la réponse tardive à mon inconfort digestif suite au diner du 12 septembre suite aux messages envoyés par courriel & dans la boite vocale de l'ITHQ le 12 septembre 2022. Ma journée a été gâchée, je ne sais pas si c'est l'entrée de crevettes ou la truite confite, mais ce soir-là j'ai dû prendre 2 cachets de charbon activé pour combattre mon inconfort. Le lendemain j'ai expliqué à la préposée le malaise de ma conjointe & moi-même. Elle m'a offert un crédit de 6$ sur ma prochaine visite à l'ITHQ. Ma facture était de plus de 160$. Cela est insultant ! Dommage, car le service & la présentation étaient très bien.

Tout était impeccable: l'accueil, le service, les assiettes qui présentaient des mets stylées & délicieux. Un d'entre nous est intolérant au gluten. Des idées de plats lui ont rapidement été suggérés.
