About us

Pasqualino Eni is a passionate chef and pizzaiolo on a mission to introduce people to authentic Italian cuisine and top-quality pizza—with a touch of showmanship. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, this iconic figure in Italian pizza-making is now one of the most renowned chefs in his field.

Over the past ten years, Pasqualino has traveled across Italy, perfecting his craft. He is now based in Canada, where he shares his passion through impressive culinary performances that highlight true Italian traditions.

Originally from Pace del Mela, a small town in the province of Messina, Sicily, Pasqualino began his career at the restaurant “La Griglia.” He later managed the well-known “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant” for several years. His dream has always been clear: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to people around the world.

Today, Pasqualino is the executive chef and star pizzaiolo at Restaurant Regina, located on Montreal’s South Shore—a beloved establishment known for its warm atmosphere and unforgettable Italian flavors.

J'ai rarement été aussi déçu, surtout dans un restaurant italien.

-Spaghetti boulettes, 2/10 (boulette pâteuse à la texture de pâté pour chat), pâte beaucoup trop cuite…

-Poulet parmigiana, difficilement plus de 2/10 (poulet dur, sauce rosée des pâtes remplis de'grumeaux'…

-Ravioli au boeuf braisé 6/10, le seul met qui se'mangeait', mais sans grand plaisir…

Bref, ça aurait été 4 fois meilleur dans n'importe quelle grosse chaîne'dite italienne'.

Why am i now finding this gem….. better late than never. We went for my cousin's birthday & the food was delish!!!! I had the fried calamari, at first i thought the green olive was odd in the dish but it balanced very well. Then ordered the spaghetti bolognese (very good). My cousin had the seafood linguine & he loved it & my other cousin had the lobster pasta. We ate very well & the little bread they give you at the beginning was much needed.
Our waitress Sara was very patient & nice & took her time to explain everything in the menu.
The drinks were just okay…
I will definitely come back!!!!!

We went for the pizzas but there are many other options on the menu. The base is very light & tasty, portions are large, we had no room left for dessert. The service was pleasant. All in all a very nice experience. We will go back!

Regina's was the perfect place to have my daughter's University graduation celebration with family & friends yesterday. We were a group of 17 & everything was exceptional, the food was so fresh & delicious & the service was excellent! Très belles pizzas napolitaines (Americana & Calabrese sont mes préférées!). La pieuvre est excellente. Toujours accueillants & sympathiques avec mon petit garçon Raphael. Notre nouvelle place italienne à Brossard. Merci beaucoup !
