About us

Pasqualino Eni is a passionate chef and pizzaiolo on a mission to introduce people to authentic Italian cuisine and top-quality pizza—with a touch of showmanship. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, this iconic figure in Italian pizza-making is now one of the most renowned chefs in his field.

Over the past ten years, Pasqualino has traveled across Italy, perfecting his craft. He is now based in Canada, where he shares his passion through impressive culinary performances that highlight true Italian traditions.

Originally from Pace del Mela, a small town in the province of Messina, Sicily, Pasqualino began his career at the restaurant “La Griglia.” He later managed the well-known “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant” for several years. His dream has always been clear: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to people around the world.

Today, Pasqualino is the executive chef and star pizzaiolo at Restaurant Regina, located on Montreal’s South Shore—a beloved establishment known for its warm atmosphere and unforgettable Italian flavors.

The best wood oven pizza in the South Shore, hands down! Their spicy oil is quite strong, so use it conservatively. Service at lunch time was quite fast & very attentive. I can't wait to go back & taste their other dishes!

Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi notre table d'hôte était à 49 $ pour une pizza & salade cesar.
Tout le monde a été déçu du prix.
Vraiment pas normal de payer aussi cher... on s'est fait avoir!
Pourtant, c'était une habituée de la place jusqu'à présent mais déception totale du service avec Marcel.
