Where ramen and miso meets
Ever since Japan’s Edo period (1600 to 1867 AC), Miso has been known as a healthy and tasty
condiment and has been beloved for generations.
Miso is made with soybeans, rice (or barley in some cases) and salt by being fermented for a certain
period of time. It originated in China, spread to Japan in the 9th century and became known as Miso paste. In the long history of Japan, Miso has been a sufficient protein source, to enhance rice, soup or as a sauce over vegetable side dishes.
As a fermented food, miso is a great source of probiotics or beneficial bacteria, which increases the
health of your gut and enhances your immune system. Miso is also high in protein, in minerals like
manganese and zinc, and vitamin E, vitamin K, various B vitamins, and folic acid.

Not an authentic ramen shop that you'd be used to if you're from Toronto or the GTA, you will be as surprised as we wereView more
Great food!!!! Going back for sure!!! Always do! Best ramen in montreal!View more
The food has always been amazing, but this time the girl was amazing. I was traveling & I didn't have any charge on my phone & she lent me her charged & let me stay till it was charged. She was very sweet & understanding.View more
First time having Ramen, & it was delicious!! We ordered take out & it was quick, the service was already really great. We will definitely come back next time we are in Montreal.View more
Good food! Great value! Check this place out if you're looking for good ramen. Just note that the broth for the vegetarian option is on the salty sideView more
Nice ramen, not spicy though. Very helpful & friendly service, but nothing special.View more
Food is still great but they need to fix that door. We be freezing inside, it already below 0 & the door can't close, above all there's no heating!View more
Low key Ramen place in downtown Montreal. I tried their Vegetarian as well as Regular Ramen & it hit all the right spot. Highly recommend this place while visiting MontrealView more
Votre meilleur plan "ramen" en allant voir une expo au Musée des Beaux-arts ! ;-)View more
Everything is OK.But the waitor poured water onto my friend's pants so I did not give them tipsView more
First time here, really like their menu that actually shows you images of the foods rather than descriptions. However, the price/quantity ratio isn't that good compared to other fancy or classy Japanese restraunt like Kinka & Otto. But they have something unique that the others don't have: actual large chunk of Cha-Shu. Their Cha-Shu is actually one of the best I have ever tasted. I especially loved the Cha-Shu Don. The Cha-Shu was so juicy & delicious on top of a bole of well-done rice! Really enjoyed it. Will come back next time for the Cha-Shu. Other than that, the Ramen & the Karaage we ordered was OK, not impressive overall but not bad either. Cha-Shu was sooooo good though!View more
C'est excellent, petit resto avec excellentes soupes, ingrédients frais & naturels. Un régal pas cher à deux pas du musée.View more
Nothing to write home about. The food is filling, but lacking flavor compared to most other ramen I've had. Prices are ok.View more
My fave place in down for ramen. The broth was amazing super flavorful, not salty, the noodles had a nice bite to them. They put so much garnish you won't live hungry.
I had the miso curry noodle🤤🤤🥵View more
Food was delicious, restaurant itself is small & comfortable, but I'm still on the hunt for a Ramen shop that actually plays Japanese music..View more
Pretty underwhelming ramen. It was ok but was lacking in flavor & had way too much bean sprouts. Dining room had really loud music which I didn't appreciate. They were also out of multiple things we tried to order.View more
This place is a very unexpected surprise... Located in such an unassuming spot, with not much of an attractive ambience. The first impression when I entered this place wasn't so welcoming as it didjt have a good smell. Me being so sensitive to smells, a gud smell always impress me more. The place was small with limited seating but surprisingly getting filled back to back... So, naturally I decided to try out the food...
Very sweet server & he helped us to decide on what to choose... Ramen quantity was biggg & tasted great too... Gyoza didnt impress much but not bad... Couldn't finish the whole bowl, so had to pack off... Do try their gold ramen which is more flavourful...View more
Facilement dans le top 3 des restaurants à ramen a essayé a Montréal. Très bon & bonne portion pour le prix.View more
Good ramen shop! Had the Tonkutsu Black & the Silver Shiro Special. The silver broth was as advertised with a lighter taste. They were tasty, but not outstanding bowls of ramen. The noodles had a good chew & it was a hearty dinner for the price. Our server was helpful!View more
