I had an amazing experience at K2 Bistro! The friendly staff made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The decoration is stunning, creating a truly inviting atmosphere. I loved the easy ordering system that allowed us to savor an incredible variety of tasty sushi without any hassle. Each roll was fresh & delicious, & the overall environment is simply wonderful for dining with friends or family. I can't wait to return for another delightful meal! The first thing you'll notice about this place is the ambiance. The interior design is incredibly unique & full of character, creating a great first impression.
The service from the host was, frankly, unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, the attitude was cold & dismissive. We had to practically beg for a pad to place our order, as the staff seemed uninterested in assisting us.
Things didn't improve once we were seated:
• He failed to provide enough teacups for our party.
• Despite specifically pointing this out to the host, the pad still not arrived.
It's a shame when a restaurant puts so much effort into its physical appearance but completely neglects basic hospitality. The poor attitude & lack of attention to detail seriously soured the entire dining experience. I won't be rushing back.
The spot for Ghibli lovers. Sushi was really good, recommend the sashimi (pass on the miso soup though). The best part of our night was touring through the restaurant to see all the cool Ghibli movie dioramas. Super fun & the ordering tablets have YouTube
The best sushi place in Montreal area by far. For the same price as other places he has much more choices. I highly recommend this place. Everything is really good. Make sure to reserve your place

Belles assiettes, large choix.
Les décors sont jolis, il y a de très belles figurines.
Dommage que le temps est limité & qu'on nous presse pour partir 2 fois sur 3.
Parfois un peu long en fonction du service & de ce que vous commandez.
Lors de ma dernière visite, ayant réservé au préalable, à mon arrivée le personnel n'a pas'trouvé' ma réservation.
Je leur ai montré la preuve de l'appel, avec la durée etc... Ils n'ont rien voulu savoir prétextant n'avoir jamais pris de réservation me faisant passer pour un menteur.
Vraiment déçu de cette dernière expérience, ma note en est modifiée.
I went yesterday with my daughters for the second time we waited 1 hour at the door & the lady said only 20 min & when I went ask her is it gonna take longer but in French I didn't know she doesn't speak French she called one of her colleagues (don't know what she told him ) suddenly he was upset & told me you wait as long as we don't have place I'm not going to ask someone to leave only cause u want a table . After more 20 min they set us a table all our dishes were taking too long & we asked to cancel the rest & now a young lady came & said what r u waiting for this is your last call ( we ordered dessert) all the tables that start with us r still ordering . & 2 times she came to say last call & we only waiting for the ice cream !! 😳😳😳 very bad experience & I regret taking my daughters to celebrate 😔😔😔
