We ordered the Assari Shoyu, Spicy Miso, & Takoyaki. Both broths were rich & flavourful, & the Takoyaki was delicious. Portions were generous. Our only comment is that it would be nice if the Spicy Miso also included half a marinated egg, as the Assari Shoyu does, without needing to add it as a top-up. Otherwise, the food, ambiance & service were excellent.
I'm gonna confess my love to this place…
Been here about 10 times already &
'Kotteri Shoyu' has my heart.
Staff is super nice & gives customers a warm welcome every time.
The aesthetic in this place is also appealing.
After visiting many ramen restaurants, I will stick to Ramen Isshin due to their rich flavours & quality.
Came here with my partner a few weeks back. We ordered from the vegetarian options, the shoyu. Overall the taste was alright, nothing crazy, the broth was too salty, & it was overpriced. It must be amongst the most expensive ramen shops in Montreal, but I guess people in the west island don't have much of a choice. The waitress with red hair was very pushy & pressured us to leave a Google positive review, which discredits all the 5 star reviews on this page.
We had the red miso & garlic shoyu & were super impressed! Amazing flavour & the portion is generous. Estelle was the sweetest waitress & really helped us customize our bowls & recommend drinks we've never had. Super happy to have this new favourite ramen spot in the West Island 🤍✨
Delicious! The quality & taste of SHOYU KOTTERI TSUKEMEN is much better than others in Montreal.
My wife had the red miso, & I had the shoyu - both were fantastic. Staff was incredibly helpful & kind. Will definitely go back.
Had a great lunch with the family. Very helpful & attentive service & amazing appetizers & meals. We really enjoyed the chicken karaage & tako yaki. We had the Kotteri Rich Shoyu & white sesame Shio. Both were delicious.
