Im torn on this one. I ordered a takeout burger from here & it was beyond delicious!

We went to the restaurant to dine in recently & they were....average.
Good burgers, nothing wrong with them, but the first time set the bar so high it was impossible to beat.
Not as flavorful, not as juicy.
Takeout experience was a 27 out of 10, dine in experience, 6.5 out of 10.
Restaurant was fairly full & it was noisy. Service was good.
They make their own beer.
Stout was average. Color was good, flavor was on the soft side. They need to work on it some more.
Overall a good experience.
Jimmy the cook can sing with the angels at times, but hum with the choir other times.
He sets the bar too high sometimes I guess. But you always walk away full & happy.
His ingredients are always fresh & his ability to make new flavors & dishes interesting is second to none.
I will keep coming back for the honesty of his food.

What a wonderful evening!! Food was incredible...fast service & great vibe. Maude, our server, could not have been more charming...& very knowledgeable about the beer. Speaking of the beer..if you are a fan of the superbe Brasserie du Bois Blanc of the past...you are in luck. Skilled brewer Fred is on board to create the home brews. We had the amber & an also an amazingly crafted spicy marg to go with our HUGE barbacoa burrito (extra queso) & the home style fried chicken.

Moi j était au party chummy & on a adoré toute le menu & surtout la tourtières mexicain wow les hamburgers en fin de toute le repas servi juste vous dire que nous avons été servie comme des roi & reine merci d avoir fait parti de la soirée

Cuisine savoureuse, portion généreuse. Service exceptionnel . Ambiance décontractée. Carte des vins minimaliste mais pertinente avec le menu. Bonnes bières brassées sur place. On y retourne pour la bouffe & la gentillesse du personnel
Je ne connaissais pas cette endroit & une amie me la fait découvrir, juste woow, les quantités généreuses, les cocktails délicieux. A essayer vous n'en serez pas déçu !!!
J'ai essayé les tacos nights du mercredi hier soir, absolument parfait! Bonne bouffe, bonne ambiance, staff super friendly qui nous ont même accommodé un plat végé pour mon amie. Pub Chez Pauline, un must à découvrir!
