The Pub Cartier Arms includes a 130 seat restaurant, 30 person terrace, 20 person private dining room and 4500 square feet of banquets and events spaces. As well as, a 14th floor, rooftop restaurant with 360 degree views of Old Montreal, the St-Lawrence seaway, the mountain and downtown Montreal.

J'ai vécu une très belle expérience au Le Pub Quartier (Hyatt Centric Old Montréal), & je tiens vraiment à la partager.
Dès mon arrivée, Fatine (barmaid/serveuse) s'est démarquée par son attention & sa gentillesse. J'avais demandé une table près de la fenêtre, & même si tout était complet, elle m'a rassurée avec beaucoup de bienveillance en me disant qu'elle s'en occuperait. Quelques minutes plus tard, elle est revenue me chercher pour m'installer à la meilleure table - un geste simple, mais qui a fait toute la différence.
Ce qui m'a le plus touchée, c'est sa présence. Elle est attentionnée sans être envahissante, toujours souriante, douce & professionnelle. On sent qu'elle aime vraiment ce qu'elle fait. J'ai aussi remarqué qu'une autre serveuse semblait débordée, & Fatine l'a aidée naturellement, avec beaucoup de générosité - ça en dit long sur sa personnalité.
J'y étais lors d'une journée difficile sur le plan personnel, & la façon dont elle m'a accueillie & accompagnée m'a fait énormément de bien. Sa gentillesse & son humanité m'ont permis de me sentir soutenue & prise en charge.
Fatine est une perle, & j'espère sincèrement que la direction reconnaît sa valeur. Elle a transformé mon expérience, & c'est grâce à elle que j'aurai envie de revenir.

I had such a beautiful experience at Le Pub Quartier (Hyatt Centric Old Montréal), & I truly feel compelled to share it.
From the moment I arrived, Fatine (bartender/server) went above & beyond in a way that genuinely touched me. I had asked about a window seat, & although everything was initially full, she reassured me with such kindness that she would take care of it. True to her word, she came back shortly after & moved me to the best table-a small gesture that made a big difference.
What stood out even more was her presence. She was attentive without being intrusive, warm, courteous, & always smiling. You can tell she truly cares. I also noticed that another server seemed overwhelmed, & Fatine naturally stepped in to help without hesitation-something that says a lot about her character & professionalism.
I happened to be there on a difficult day personally, & the way she treated me-with kindness, care, & genuine attention-made me feel seen & taken care of. That kind of service is rare & incredibly meaningful.
Fatine is an absolute gem, & I sincerely hope her management recognizes the value she brings. She elevated my entire experience, & I will definitely be back because of her.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Centric Montreal! Vincent crafted a custom grapefruit-inspired cocktail just for me, & Peter remembered our drinks & made us feel completely at home. Their hospitality made the bar a true highlight of our trip.

The tall white manager with the snaggle teeth was beyond rude. The middle aged lady was even worse. I live in the building & have been going there for two years. The staff was so entitled & were chastising my friend & I over asking to have a drink on their terrasse. I have one question: what would the Hyatt stakeholders think of you acting so rude to PAYING customers. Have some respect. Grow up or go work in a different industry.
Most hotel restaurants are ok but this place is pretty great. I had some pretty long work days & wasn't feeling like leaving the hotel for dinner. This place was easy & tasty. The staff is friendly & attentive. They remember you & bring food quickly. They also make some pretty amazing cocktails.
I recommend going if you're staying in the Hyatt or nearby. You won't be disappointed.
Mon passage dans ce restaurant m'a laissé une impression contrastée. Le personnel était adorable, souriant & très attentionné, ce qui a permis de rendre l'expérience plus agréable. Cependant, pour un restaurant situé dans un hôtel Hyatt, je m'attendais à un niveau bien plus élevé en cuisine.
Voyageant beaucoup, j'ai l'habitude de fréquenter des restaurants d'excellente qualité, surtout dans des hôtels de cette catégorie. Ici, j'ai été déçue par plusieurs aspects, notamment par la salade César, qui m'a été servie dans un bol..🫤 une présentation peu soignée & franchement surprenante pour un plat censé être généreux. Les croûtons étaient beaucoup trop durs, & la sauce manquait de saveur, ce qui rendait l'ensemble décevant.
Mais le plus gros point faible a été le petit-déjeuner. Je n'ai pas du tout aimé. Les ingrédients manquaient clairement de fraîcheur, & le choix des fruits était très discutable. En tant que Française, j'ai été surprise de voir de la pastèque (melon d'eau pour les Québécois) en plein hiver au Québec. Ce n'a aucun sens ! Il serait bien plus logique de proposer des fruits de saison, plus frais & savoureux, plutôt que des produits importés qui ne sont ni de bonne qualité ni adaptés à la période de l'année.
C'est vraiment dommage, car le cadre est agréable & le service irréprochable. Mais en cuisine, surtout pour un restaurant d'un hôtel Hyatt, il faudrait une meilleure gestion de la qualité & de la saisonnalité des produits. Avec plus d'attention aux détails & à la fraîcheur des ingrédients, ce lieu pourrait vraiment se démarquer.
I stayed at the Hyatt Centric Montreal & this was the main restaurant in the Lobby of the hotel. If you order roll service at this hotel, the food will be coming from this restaurant. After a long day out, I decided to stop in here to grab some dinner before going up to my room for the rest of the night. I ordered the Chicken Club Sandwich & the Mac & Cheese. The sandwich was good, but the fries were very well done. Almost to the point that it was not enjoyable, I don't know if it's a Montreal thing, or it's specific to this restaurant, the fries seem to be very well done. The Mac & Cheese was quite good, it tasted freshly made & was topped with green onions which was a nice touch.

La planification impeccable & le dévouement des personnes en charge ont assuré le succès de notre événement. Le buffet offert à nos invités était composé de mets variés & exquis!
