On 4 April bought 2 cheese cake slices & 2 cinnamon cakes, to go. The cinnamon cakes were solid, stale. Barely edible. Terrible. I hope the cheese cake is better.

Terrible service but fabulous baked goods, the manager really needs to step up the service. The queue system is confusing so clearly some signage & guidance is needed, from other reviews I'm not the only one to have the same issue. A stanchion would help direct people to the right spot, only $90 on Amazon Première Moisson manager. I waited in the queue 20 minutes (on a Thursday afternoon at 2pm not exactly prime time) for a cappuccino that was lukewarm warm. On another occasion the server put a tablespoon of cinnamon (not exaggerating) on my mother's cappuccino. My husband who loves their bread & would shop there every weekend stopped going because the wait is painfully. Hope the manager or owner puts some changes in place & gets more staff, because unfortunately we stopped going.
Always go to this place when I visit Montreal. Their products are at a world class of excellence. Bread, vienoiserie products & of course their pastries. This is not a review of the tea room & coffee
Just had a coffe at Kirkland store , 1/3 down coffe cup was filthy (unwashed) assiistant manager was rude ,,,,,, what a disgrace !!!!!

Je suis allé au Premier Moisson hier & mon expérience était très pénible. J'étais allé vers 16:30 & on était en train de choisir ce qu'on allait manger. On allait payer à la caisse mais la travailleuse était parti & on a allait payer dans l'autre caisse. Même si on était là beaucoup de temps avant que les autres clients & qu'on attendait dans la file de l'autre caisse pour payer, le travailleur nous a dit d'une façon peu aimable qu'on devait faire la file & qu'il était entrain de nous regarder avant. Je n'ai vraiment pas aimé la façon dont il nous a parlé magrè le fait qu'on voulait simplement payer.

Customer service is peak? Yes. Yes it is. Sarah & Malik (?), perhaps two of the sweetest, kindest premiere moisson employees I have ever encountered. I would like to first acknowledge the commitment & sheer determination I saw in their eyes as they worked tirelessly to get me what I needed. Their work ethic is truly unmatched. These two young women represent the best of our generation. In a world filled with laziness, disrespect, & apathy, the example they have demonstrated is a true testament to the depth of their character. Alas, as much as I wish to continue, I have been pulled over by the police for being on my phone while driving to write this review.
Came here to grab some pastries for the road & was not disappointed. They were very tasty. The staff member who helped us was wonderful. She made recommendations, chatted with my daughter, & was simply a delight to interact with. The quality of the pastry was decent. Not the best pain au chocolat you can find, but it's a good offering at a much better price than the fancy patisseries. I also tried their almond chocolatine & an apricot pastry. Both very tasty.

Grabbed some croissant & pastries which were delicious! The almond chocolate was to die for. I also picked up their Parisian bread (olive bread) which was also a hit amongst my family.
I had went Friday when the team was short of staff, although there was feeble minded individuals who were impatient. The two workers were able to do the best they could. Excellent work ethic & composure! Keep it up 👍

I have just had the Charlotte cake with strawberries & it was Amazing! The flavor was delicious & the creamy center melted in your mouth. You can be sure that I will order it again. I might be nice & share it with friends so they can have the pleasure also.
The pastries are great. The drinks are terrible. My first visit, I ordered a cappuccino. It tasted like water. I'm assuming because they make their coffee using something resembling a tea bag. I tried hot chocolate the next time. It was tepid & tasted like soup. Not all Première Moisson's are created equally!
