The almond chocolate was to die for. I also picked up their Parisian bread (olive bread) which was also a hit amongst my family.
Bon produits, plus chaleureux que celui de côte des neiges, personnel sympathique.
I had went Friday when the team was short of staff, although there was feeble minded individuals who were impatient. The two workers were able to do the best they could. Excellent work ethic & composure! Keep it up 👍
I have just had the Charlotte cake with strawberries & it was Amazing! The flavor was delicious & the creamy center melted in your mouth. You can be sure that I will order it again. I might be nice & share it with friends so they can have the pleasure also.
Bought from here a few times. Some items I found in other PMs was not here & once found mold on our pie. Was not super impressed.
The pastries are great. The drinks are terrible. My first visit, I ordered a cappuccino. It tasted like water. I'm assuming because they make their coffee using something resembling a tea bag. I tried hot chocolate the next time. It was tepid & tasted like soup. Not all Première Moisson's are created equally!
Absolutely love this place, fresh pastries all the time, nice staff & amazing cakes. They also have pies, soups & other food products to check out
Very good customer service, & everything was fresh & tasty. The store is super clean, & the staff were so friendly & kind.

Sommes obligés d'attendre dans la file du pain, alors qu'on voulait une soupe & des salades. Où est le problème, manque d'organisation? Très désagréable pour les clients. Que va faire la direction pour pallier ce problème?
I don't have any issues with the bakery items as they are quite delicious, but I was quite disappointed by the quality of service overall.
The line for the bakery / pastry shop / cafe was very confusing as I was told to go back to the ljne to order bread to order my pastries (which were located near the line for the cafe on the complete other end…)
Also, had I known the poor turnout of the writing on my cake - it was really not worth the additional fee, I ended removing it from the cake before presenting it ☹?
They had a few seats outside, which is nice on a hot sunny day, but I do find at time Premiere Moisson can be a little pricey depending on what you get but well worth the expense.
Extending the opening hours at Première Moisson is pointless when there's barely anything left by the end of the day - especially during promotions. What's really unacceptable is how often they advertise special offers, only for the promoted items to be completely sold out hours before closing.
This isn't a one-time issue - it happens every single time there's a promotion. It honestly feels like a tactic to get people through the door under false pretenses, knowing that once you've made the effort to come, you'll probably end up buying something anyway. It's frustrating & leaves a bad impression.
The attached photo was taken three hours before closing - nothing left. It's incredibly misleading, & it's hard not to feel taken advantage of as a customer.
