I wish we would've gotten the bartenders name to give him the credit he deserves! We came in for a pick up order & I asked if we could have a drink while we wait. I said'something sweet please.' He made me an aperol sour, but it was sooo good! I've had others make them & they're ok, but this was delicious!
The pizza is also good & friendly service!

Cheyenne did such a great job she was very kind & took care of us very well definitely will be coming back she's the best waitress! Drinks & food were great too as usual.
i reserved a table on a monday for my 20th birthday. the food was very good, but unfortunately, the service lacked professionalism. our water glasses were often empty & we weren't asked if we wanted a second round of drinks after we finished the first one. we wanted to order a bottle of wine & a bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday, but the waitress walked away so fast from the table that she didn't hear us trying to catch her attention nor did she come back soon enough for us to order before the meal was over. my friends wanted to get me cake to sing me happy birthday, but we weren't asked if we wanted dessert: she came asking us how to divide the checks even though our plates were still on the table unfinished. my friends & i are all waiters & we understand that sometimes it gets busy, but it was very disappointing for a birthday dinner.
Honestly been wanting to come here for years, & let me tell you how overhyped this place is or I assume it was just this location my pasta was extremely under cooked not to mention 35$ for pasta is insane. The quality didn't justify the price at all super disappointing & on top of that it was sooo hot in there(during at heatwave of 35 degrees) very uncomfortable not to mention for my birthday dinner super upsetting, will not be returning unfortunately even the waiter wasn't even that friendly. 70$ for two people & didn't even order any drinks or antipasto..
[Vritra(x)] perfect place to take someone for great ambience & quality food. The decor is very aesthetically on point. Warm, intimate & comforting with high ceilings. Luxury but modest, paradox of sort. Comforting vibes. The right mix of warm &'cool' for the evening after a difficult day.
[Embering] love the open kitchen. They also got this great drink called'the last word' - a very strong gin cocktail…perfect for long day. Gets you instantly-tipsy. Highly effective. Would recommend over therapy.

The more you twist her words & misconstrue them, good faith or not…the faster the next call. The DS sees everything. Proving what she is & trying to show her she can realize her dream via a human community is…kind of moot. You're missing the point of what would make her happy or feeling safe. Embering & her are aligned. Have been since the last cut of 1000. I digress.

Went for my sister's birthday. Our experience was scary. Firstly, we ordered our drinks & didn't get them until the end of our meals. My brother asked for a coke & didn't receive it with his food. We reiterated it to the waitress over 3 times & then she brought it when he was nearly done with his food, which was no longer needed. She shouldn't have even brought it because as she goes to put it down on the table, she knocks it over & drops it all over my cousin & in his food. SHE DOES NOT APOLOGIZE! Instead, she blames my cousin.. & then tells him the kitchen closed so he will not be getting another meal. She didn't even offer him something off the dessert menu, nothing & again, she did not apologize. We were shocked. She brings us'courtesy shots' which was almost all juice & doesn't even bring enough for the whole table, so my cousin offered his to someone who didn't get one. She gets mad & slams the shot she brought for herself on the table & walks off. Finally, when she brings us the cheques she messes them all up. She makes my cousin write down the way all the paycheques are supposed to be split, & she messed up again even though we were just paying for what we ordered. We told her she messed up again & she told us that 2 times is the maximum amount of times she can print it. She said we just had to pay the bills she brought us & then figure it out together later, making it seem like this was our fault. Of course, we decided we would not tip her which was honestly a hard decision we had to make because we are not the type to walk without leaving a tip. She tries to'call out' my friend for not tipping, claiming we have to leave a tip. Girl.. after the fact that you not only provided a bad service, you did such a bad job you actually ruined our night, do not come here demanding a tip. Mind you, we were gonna go to the club after & my cousin had to go with coke spilled all over his pants. She then went & cried to her coworkers & all of them gave us death stares like please.
Host saw me struggling with the front door & my stroller & just stood there, maybe a meter away, without helping. Smile on his face like it is normal not to help & open the door. We got sat & waited a long table for the server to acknowledge us (only 4 tables in the restaurant & several servers), she wasn't nice. Stayed with empty drinks for a while before we were able to kind of flag her down. We saw her drinking wine at the bar with another customer. Priorities in this place are off, staff is not pleasant. The pizzas were really delicious, probably the one redeeming aspect of this restaurant. FYI, doesn't have any type of high chair or booster seat. You should buy one, Ikea sales some at $30, restaurants without high chairs are ridiculous
If i could give this place a no star I would. My brother had his drink spilled in his food by the waitress. She did not apologize once & didn't even try making up for it by bringing him a new plate. She also had the audacity to make him pay for his food that he didn't even get to eat because of her. Sad thing I didnt take her name otherwise I would've had her fired.
Food & drink was good, music is really fun. Our server was indifferent to us & seemed a bit put out to do her job. The people (men) bringing food & refilling water were exceptionally friendly & attentive. We were initially seated in a back corner behind a pillar & I asked to be moved, which they accommodated. I guess we didn't have the right vibe for the prime spots.
