MORETTI GRIFFINTOWN est l’endroit où tout a commencé. Les briques apparentes et l’éclairage chaleureux ajoutent à l’ambiance feutrée. Host saw me struggling with the front door & my stroller & just stood there, maybe a meter away, without helping. Smile on his face like it is normal not to help & open the door. We got sat & waited a long table for the server to acknowledge us (only 4 tables in the restaurant & several servers), she wasn't nice. Stayed with empty drinks for a while before we were able to kind of flag her down. We saw her drinking wine at the bar with another customer. Priorities in this place are off, staff is not pleasant. The pizzas were really delicious, probably the one redeeming aspect of this restaurant. FYI, doesn't have any type of high chair or booster seat. You should buy one, Ikea sales some at $30, restaurants without high chairs are ridiculous
Wonderful small chain of Italian restaurants with great food, beautiful decor, wonderful selection of wines & warm atmosphere. I recommend everything on the menu, never disappointed with anything I order. Parking might be a little challenging but well worth it.
I went yesterday. Beautiful decor. My second time & my last. We were 12 people. The food was great! No complaints about the pizza & gnocchi. They were amazing! However, the oysters were tiny. Not worth the price. A glass of wine starts at $18. Not reasonable for 6 ounces. Main negative point…the decibel level of the music was between 90 & 100. We weren't at a concert!!! Not pleasant at all & I won't be going back because of that as you can only talk to the person next to you. It's really too bad. P.S. your employees will have hearing problems in the future if they work too long at your restaurant. Why so loud? Not appropriate for a meal. & the music choices, not so great except after two hours of hearing what feels like the same song playing over & over.
Pizzeria Moretti is a beautiful restaurant nice decor great service nice atmosphere good music.Friendly staff.I had a Pizza Parma & it was very good just right my friend had a Pizza Margherita & he enjoyed it too.They have an excellent wine selection but a bit expensive.There espresso coffee is very good I also had Raspberry Gelato & it was excellent they make it there.We will certainly return soon.
The atmosphere is hip hopping, the food is next level quality, the service was excellent - I think we had 4+ servers for our group of 12 & the wine was paired really well! Make sure your wallet is locked & loaded butttt you will not be disappointed, expect to roll out of your chair for overeating lol! Amazing experience!

We had a lovely dinner at Moretti last night. The Calamari & Pizza Griffintown were delightful, & the restaurant had a decent wine list to complement our meal. The service was friendly & efficient, which added to the overall experience. However, the only downside was the DJ, who was way too loud. It was difficult to hear each other over the music, which was a bit overwhelming. Despite that, we enjoyed our visit & would return for the delicious food & great service.
The food was fantastic! The pizza is served truly authentic Italian style (not round, thin, cooked to perfection). We decided to make a 4-course meal out of dinner & every plate was delicious - first a homemade meatball for everyone, followed by the secondi - black ink linguine with seafood, tagliatelle with mushrooms. For meats we had the veal chop & the Italian style steak tagliata. They have a nice wine selection. Ambiance was great - spacious & well lit. Service was very attentive. My group was very happy. We are going back again soon!
