Nous avons attendu près d'une heure avant d'être placés, alors que le serveur a fait passer trois couples arrivés après nous. Déjà à ce moment-là, nous étions franchement frustrés.
Une fois placés, on nous a installés complètement au fond du restaurant, dans un coin sans aucune ambiance, alors que plusieurs tables étaient pourtant libres à côté. J'ai donc demandé au serveur pourquoi nous avions dû attendre aussi longtemps. Sa réponse? Que des groupes venaient tout juste de partir… Une explication qui ne concordait pas avec ce que nous avions pu constater.
À cela s'ajoutent une musique beaucoup trop forte & un service particulièrement froid. Les serveurs & serveuses donnent l'impression d'être davantage préoccupés par l'image & l'apparence que par l'expérience des clients.
Bref, une ambiance où l'apparence semble compter davantage que le service à la clientèle. Nous sommes repartis déçus &, considérant l'expérience, nous ne retournerons certainement pas à cet endroit.
According to some reviews, I thought it would be a bit hard to navigate but it wasn't ! Our waitress was stellar, very nice & accommodating even when we got some stuff wrong. The staff was nice too & the food was good, a bit on the salty side though.

Très mauvaise expérience. Le service était lent & de qualité médiocre. Nous avons attendu très longtemps avant d'être servis, sans aucune explication ni attention particulière de la part du personnel.
J'ai eu l'impression que ce restaurant accorde davantage d'importance à son image & aux relations interpersonnelles qu'à l'expérience de sa clientèle. De plus, la musique était beaucoup trop forte, ce qui rendait les conversations désagréables.
Dans l'ensemble, cette visite a été très décevante. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant.
Imagine paying almost $40 for a bowl of pasta that tastes like they dumped an entire container of salt into it. I should've sent it back, but I didn't want to waste even more time waiting since the service was very slow, & the waitresses seemed more focused on their appearance than providing good service.
The crowd is trashy, the police always seem to be there, & the place feels more like a club that's all for show than an actual restaurant.
Trust the reviews. There are way better restaurants in this price range that are actually worth your money.
i reserved a table on a monday for my 20th birthday. the food was very good, but unfortunately, the service lacked professionalism. our water glasses were often empty & we weren't asked if we wanted a second round of drinks after we finished the first one. we wanted to order a bottle of wine & a bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday, but the waitress walked away so fast from the table that she didn't hear us trying to catch her attention nor did she come back soon enough for us to order before the meal was over. my friends wanted to get me cake to sing me happy birthday, but we weren't asked if we wanted dessert: she came asking us how to divide the checks even though our plates were still on the table unfinished. my friends & i are all waiters & we understand that sometimes it gets busy, but it was very disappointing for a birthday dinner.
Food was mid, service was okay until we asked for the bill & had to wait over 30 minutes although all our plates were cleared. We had to remind our server twice, & still didn't receive it. Turned what should've been an hour ish night to 2.5hrs, with half of that time not even having food. Undercooked pasta & unflavoured/seasoned salmon.
