Came here because they had gluten free pasta & pizza dough & several great options for me as celiac. I let the server know as soon as I sat down that I am celiac & I reconfirmed what I could eat. I ordered the penne vodka with gluten free pasta, after eating several pieces realized that it didn't taste like gluten free, nor look like it. Ultimately, it was not gluten free. As someone with celiac it is really frustrating when restaurants do not take it seriously, it may not present as a serious allergy but should be taken to the same degree. Do not recommend for people with gluten intolerance, allergy, or celiac disease.
Super cool restaurant with great service, food & ambiance. I had the oysters, & pasta with homard. The place has a great vibe with a DJ playing...it becomes quite hard to have a conversation after 9 pm but I will go back for sure.
The restaurant had a cute cozy rustic vibe. The food was alright but not anything special. Had the vodka pasta & it was good but nothing out of the ordinary. My partner ordered the cacio e pepe gnocchi except they were out of the gnocchi & said we could get a different pasta which was fine & got the fettucine. However when they brought it out it wasn't the cacio Pepe sauce it was the Mac & cheese which we didn't order that was a bit odd & they didn't say anything . We also had the Cesar salad & the carpaccio the portions are a bit smaller & again it was good but nothing special. The service was okay we tried to get the server to come over quite a few times & she kept ignoring us. There is definitely much better Italian spots downtown with better service.
The restaurant is in a great location & I really like the interior - it's cozy & stylish. The food is good, especially the pasta, but unfortunately the service is consistently disappointing. Last time, the pizza was served cold, & it seems like they don't have enough staff to manage properly. Even during non-busy hours, the wait time is too long
We went on a rainy Sunday & the restaurant wasn't too full. Waitress was very nice & food tasted great! We got the lamb chop appetizer, the mushroom pasta with burrata & the tiramisu. Just be water to arrive in advance as parking is nearly impossible to find!

The food was delicious! The calamari was incredible, with two amazing sauces to accompany it: one mayonnaise & one fig. I had the truffle mushroom burrata pasta. The pasta, mushroom & truffle sauce were incredible! On the other hand, my burrata, while not sour, was on its way to being sour. I will admit though that most of my friends had burrata in their plates & they were apparently delicious so maybe it was just mine. My friends say the vodka pasta, diavolla pizza & the burrata pizza were delicious. The Ceasar salad was great, but the portion size was small for the price. To finish it off, we made a reservation for 7:30pm, & were only given our table at 8:30pm, which lost one star straight off the bat.
First experience at moretti! Friendly, pretty waitress! Nice & clean place. Good ambiance & not too crowded. Service was top notch. Greeted multi times! We order the meatballs & ceasar salad for entree! As most of the time you are expected the meatballs to be very boring however the meatsball were amazing & not heavy at all. Ceasar salad, i have to say i had better but this was great. As for main dish, we order the divoala pizza & the truffle pasta. Pizza is over burned a bit but i always love my pizza a bit over toasted however if you dont, you will have to advise them. Truffle creamy pasta was a hit. Highly recommend with a touch of heavy black pepper. It is very very light & creamy tasty. Highly recommend this place to all pasta lovers Thank you moretti

Extremely disappointed, from the moment we arrived for our reservation the hostess had an attitude because we did not all arrive at once let’s be mindful. We are in a downtown location & parking is scarce. Once at our table, the waitress Megan was unfriendly. Took 30 minutes just to receive a drink menu. Took over an hour & a half to receive our food. We were never offered the option of ordering more drinks or anything else of that matter. We would constantly see her circle her other tables, would try to get her, but never come to see us. She never came to let us know that there would be a delay in receiving our food. When we did receive our food from the bus boys, they were not able to even give clarification about on one of the pastas told us we were wrong about how we thought the platter was made when in fact, we ended up being correct. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we may have spoken our waitress a total of four times, & when we spoke to her to give her feedback on her service she denied everything. I’ll be completely honest I do not want to make this a race thing, but we were a group of seven black women in the entire restaurant & ironically, all the tables surrounding us were of white race, who were being served the entire time. This is my second time coming to establishment, & feeling inferior to everybody else as if my money is not worth anything. To add this was a special occasion event, which we clearly noted on the reservation & nobody accommodated that as well or even inquired. To be completely honest, we all felt wet we were an inconvenience to the restaurant. & I will not be recommending to anybody or returning.
Service was impeccable. Always making sure not to be too far in case we needed something.
Food was excellent. We all had different plates & tried each other food & we all agreed that the pasta was delicious & best pizza I’ve had so far.
Gets busy so go early.
