Came here because they had gluten free pasta & pizza dough & several great options for me as celiac. I let the server know as soon as I sat down that I am celiac & I reconfirmed what I could eat. I ordered the penne vodka with gluten free pasta, after eating several pieces realized that it didn't taste like gluten free, nor look like it. Ultimately, it was not gluten free. As someone with celiac it is really frustrating when restaurants do not take it seriously, it may not present as a serious allergy but should be taken to the same degree. Do not recommend for people with gluten intolerance, allergy, or celiac disease.
Ambiance chaleureuse, nourriture délicieuse & service vraiment au-dessus des attentes. Mention spéciale à Achref, un hôte attentionné avec un style unique & une énergie qui rend la soirée encore plus agréable. On se sent accueilli comme des habitués dès l'arrivée.
Service exceptionnel du début à la fin - je recommande sans hésiter !
Wonderful small chain of Italian restaurants with great food, beautiful decor, wonderful selection of wines & warm atmosphere. I recommend everything on the menu, never disappointed with anything I order. Parking might be a little challenging but well worth it.
The whole experience felt disorganized & poorly managed. If you value your time & a basic level of hospitality, I would not recommend this place. A reservation should mean something, & customers deserve at least a polite greeting & timely service.

Adèle is amazing! She offered exceptional service, making our experience truly memorable. The food was absolutely incredible, beyond our expectations. Highly recommend!
Had to change my review* from horrible to perfect! months ago I ubered pizza from here had butter etc was the worst pizza I had in my life the fries werent great either.. then I moved not realizing I already had ordered from there I ate in resto... with my boyfriend.. I ordered a pizza it had proscuttio & it was literally best pizza I have ever had in my entire life! dnt kno if my review months ago helped or they changed the menu! but now the pizza is so damn delicious. & luckily to this fluke of going by accident I will be back now. maybe bad cook or uber did something to my pizza or maybe menu changed. I didnt try the fries this time, but the pizza I think its Parma is the best one! I dnt remember the name of the other pizza but it was a no go. But I d def would buy parma pizza & recommend to anyone who comes here!
First experience at moretti! Friendly, pretty waitress! Nice & clean place. Good ambiance & not too crowded. Service was top notch. Greeted multi times! We order the meatballs & ceasar salad for entree! As most of the time you are expected the meatballs to be very boring however the meatsball were amazing & not heavy at all. Ceasar salad, i have to say i had better but this was great. As for main dish, we order the divoala pizza & the truffle pasta. Pizza is over burned a bit but i always love my pizza a bit over toasted however if you dont, you will have to advise them. Truffle creamy pasta was a hit. Highly recommend with a touch of heavy black pepper. It is very very light & creamy tasty. Highly recommend this place to all pasta lovers Thank you moretti

Although the inside is very beautiful, the music is way too loud for conversation. The tables are way too close to each other. You have people constantly passing by & rubbing against you as you eat
The pizza is salty. The chicken is bland. Overpriced food. They charge for water
I can't even comment on the food because the staff ruined the whole dinning experience. Our waitress was high, the manager was beyond beyond disrespectful & the owner is a disgusting arrogant person that does not care about his customers only wants their money. He did not care if his employees are rude or treat u badly. I do not recommend this place at all. If u do not want terrible service & to leave feeling disrespected then do not go here. I've never been to a restaurent where the customers are not a priority. Trust me they don't care.
Restaurant is not only food & decoration... is a lot about service & that is what they don't have there. I am not coming back & i won't recommend it. Waitress was rushing us all night & at the end she asked that the manager needed the table when was nobody waiting & several empty tables were available. Washroom gross & disgusting even though we were the first customers of the evening

EXTREMLY Rude manager/owner! We went there to make a reservation as they don't answer the phone. The owner told us that he can't do anything for us & litterally pushed us out of the restaurant! He said he's too busy for us & it's too popular. I was just so in choc! Unbelievable for an owner to give such a bad customer service ! We were very respectful & just asked if he had any spot later at night. Such a bad service! I will NEVER return there! I would not recommend to go there!
We've been here a few times so far to try & encourage a business in our neighbourhood. The pizza was good, the rest of the food ok. However, the owner was so rude to us on our last two visits, it made me feel very uncomfortable to be so disrespected. He even followed me outside, to continue arguing & yelling at us. It was so unprofessional & rude, we were baffled. I definitely wouldn't go back for that reason & l wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
