Found this nice warm pizzeria in Mile End after a party close by. Friendly service, good wines, & excellent food. I particularly liked the meatballs (polpetta). Recommended!
I got served by Gaëtan, great service, that recommended his signature cocktail margarita, pretty & tasty.
Food is great, I recommend the Diavola pizza.
Pizzeria Magpie is just a phenomenal. Vincenzo is such a classy & accomplished host, & he treated us like family. The food was fantastic! We were so honored to try this place & will always make it a point to return when we are back in MTL. ❤?🇨🇦
Super belle expérience chez Magpie. Ça faisait longtemps que j'avais pas mangé aussi bien dans une ambiance aussi agréable. Gros shoutout à Gaetan, le serveur, qui a vraiment pris le temps avec nous & rendu la soirée encore meilleure. La bouffe était excellente, la musique vraiment on point, & la petite surprise du limoncello à la fin… wow. Resto vraiment chill, j'y retourne c'est sûr.

faites attention quand vous payez, ils mettent l'option de 20% tip dans la place où l'option de 15% se trouve habituellement. Regardez bien avant de payer. Mais la pizza est bonne.

We went there for a birthday celebration: in all honesty was a fantastic pizza. It's a true wood burning oven, not gas powered & the flavor really shined through.
Managing that type of oven takes skill, & the pizzaiolo did a wonderful job; I even congratulated him at the end!
They've mastered their dough recipe, & the ingredients are exactly how I like them: simple, not too many, fresh & top quality.
We had the beet salad & garlic bread as starters & a pizza each. It was truly wonderful.
The server was really engaging & also did a splendid job
The food was amazing
Although we waiting a little longer than we wanted to to order, we quickly understood that we got seated right at peak time (all is forgiven).
