The pizza dough is thin & crispy. The garnishing is delicious & tomato sauce is tangy. My only suggestion is to spread the sauce & toppings further out on the ring. The pizza ring empty surface is way too big.

It was our first time eating stone oven italian pizza. We loved it! We had 3 pizzas for 4 people. The crust was delicious, & the tomato sauce was tangy. We also loved the prosciutto. It's a small & cozy restaurant.
Les boulettes sont délicieuses. Concernant les pizzas, nous avons eu une sauce tomate un peu trop acide à mon goût. La pâte était un peu molle. Peut-être que quelques secondes de plus au four auraient été bénéfiques. Le jambon cru & la mortadella étaient vraiment très bons.
I was super happy with Magpie. I normally hate tomato based sauce but the meatball appetizer is something out of heaven. The pizzas are also perfection!
They seem to have changed the chef & their food is phenomenal. Meatballs were great, the paccheri bolognese was exceptional & the pizza dough & sauce were absolutely fantastic. Bravo chef. The service was quick, friendly & professional. Looking forward to the next time.
Great pizza place that opened in 2010 & makes artisanal wood-fire pizza in the Mile-End. The crust is amazing & loved the tomato sauce that they use, a little on the tangy side but excellent in my opinion. Their pastas are great & cocktail are fire! Would absolutely recommend

Vous voulez manger une excellente pizza avec un service impeccable dans une ambiance chaleureuse? Il faut aller chez Magpie. Le stationnement est assez facile a trouver après 18h. C' est pour moi une des meilleures pizzas a Montréal. La croûte est parfaite, la sauce tomate goûteuse. On y retourne ? Absolument !
Comme j'habite à côté, je ne suis pas à ma première visite. L'ambiance du local & le service est excellent. Mon conjoint & moi avons été agréablement surpris de l'assiette revisitée de la burrata avec la courge & noisettes. Excellent! Bravo aussi pour la pizza aux boulettes de chez Vito, c'est très exclusif! Pour améliorer l'expérience, j'ajusterais la quantité de sauce tomate sur les pizzas en en mettant moins car la sauce est parfois trop acide lorsqu'elle ne cuit pas. C'était le cas hier. Autre remarque, j'ajouterais une pizza classique à la napolitaine avec anchois & câpres. Au plaisir!!
Ordered two pizzas given the ratings & their brick oven. Pizza looked really good! Unfortunately: 1) Way too small for ~$25+tax! 2) The tomato sauce tasted like canned tomatoes, absolutely no-go for this price. 3) Pizza-doe shouldn't taste like pizza-doe & flour. 4) Burned basil For $60 very unsatisfied experience. Guess my first & last order. Hope you do better. Cheers
Meatball Pizza/ Sauce, Mozzarella, Homemade Meatballs, Mushrooms, Parsley 🍕 First Pizza of the new year coming in hot from @pizzeriamagpie & I have to say it's a banger. First time trying this spot with my buddy & everything was a hit. We got two pies that day which were the meatball style you see here & the Almonds 3 cheese. I love the decor of this spot, really gives you a feel of a old school resto with the decorative chilling designs out of what looks like a material resembling copper. The atmosphere I could tell at night when the lights come down almost feels like a old school drinkery. The first Pizza I got was the Meatball, absolutely loved it. I've never had parsley on a pizza before & honestly I can't imagine whilingly adding it in my own but truthfully it did add something to it. The meatballs were delicious & tender, the sauce was on point & the crust & dough itself was amazing a solid 9/10 for what I like to see. The almond Pizza is one that my buddy choose. Again not one I'd go out of my way to order on my own otherwise but I'm happy he picked it. 3 cheese from gruyere, ricotta & Mozzarella, toasted almonds with salt & spicy honey. Really a fun combination that just works honestly. Have to give them a try this new year they really make a great product & fun date night spot.

Wonderful food & staff! You know when something as simple as the salad is so well executed that everything will be amazing, & it was. The best pizza I've had in a long time, perfect crust & delicious sauce.
Pizza was top 👌(& I'm a picky Italian lol), service & ambience were on point. Not salty, sauce was savoury & crust was perfect! The parpadelle, special of the day, so tasty.
Totally will be part of routine. Thanks guys
