Petit boui-boui authentique avec d'excellents dumplings.
L'endroit est charmant, chaleureux & plein de petites surprises qui stimulent les sens. Entre les plats en bambou, la musique coréenne, les mamies & la famille en cuisine, on sent tout de suite une ambiance vraie & vivante. La salade de concombre relevée au poivre du Sichuan vaut aussi le détour, & les portions sont assez généreuses. Bref, tout pour plaire, surtout aux ados.
À noter toutefois : il y a des escaliers, donc l'endroit est moins pratique pour les poussettes & malheureusement peu accessible aux personnes en fauteuil roulant.

Really awesome fried & soup dumplings as well as starters, including the cucumber salad & cold noodle dishes. The service was very good & I could sit for hours watching those ladies up front churning out batches of freshly made dumplings!
Pork + Lamb soup dumplings were tasty (albeit small). I just found the cucumber salad to be pretty disappointing for 9$. Served with thick (& not particularly crunchy) english cucumbers & the sauce isn't even mixed or combined into the salad. Just poured on top. Kinda bland.
Best dumplings in montreal. My go to order is the vegetarian dumplings, the cold noodles, & cucumber salad. I've been coming here for the past 3 years & it never disappoints! The owner is so kind & always gives us free things because we are regulars! You can't miss them making dumplings fresh in the windows. Tourists & Montrealers love petit poisson! 🐟 🥟 🍵 ✨

I got takeout but the dining room was vibrant when I picked up. Would love to go for a sit down dinner next time. Two badass women holding it down & feeding lots of happy looking people. Got lots of food & enjoyed it all. Cucumber salad & kimchi were fresh & delicious, dumplings very good, great sauces on the side.
I got take out soup dumplings & a salad. The salad dressing was the best! Spicy & nutty, really unique. The soup dumplings were okay. A bit bland. Little liquid. My main complaint was the wait. Once I had paid they told me to wait 20 mins. It was like 45 mins until they were ready... Not really worth the wait IMO
Commençons par préciser que je n'ai pas aimé mon expérience alors que je suis généralement facile a contenter. Visiblement, il y a ici un problème de communication... pour le français on repassera... & même la langue des signes ne fonctionne pas. J'ai pointé le plat de mon voisin en indiquant que c'est ce que je voulais... mais non, j'ai eu autre chose. D'ailleurs pendant mon diner au moins un autre client a indiqué ne pas avoir eu ve qu'il avait commandé. Côté nourriture, la salade verte était vraiment bonne. J'ai eu des dumpling porc & coriandre. Ordinaires, le goût de la pâte enterrait celui de la farce. Rarement, j'ai vu un endroit qui n'offrait pas le piquant (huile de chili, pâte de piment) pour ajouter au vinaigre & soya... il fallait payer pour cette addition. & le service... minimal. Il y a bien meilleur à Montréal pour moins cher.
Found this gem while walking on St-Laurent Blvd. Even if the place was small, we only waited 10-15min for a table of 2. The staffs are very nice & the service was quite fast. The food!! I recommend the cucumber salad. The sauce was just too good & we dipped the xiaolong bao in it too. The soup dumplings here are so juicy & flavourful (best ones so far). Last but not least, the rice balls with wine (dessert) was a perfect ending for us: not too sweet (but this might not be for everyone).
