Exquisite tasting menu in a beautiful space with an excellent sake, wine, & cocktail menu. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about all of the sake on their menu & was able to recommend one that matched perfectly with our palette. Each dish was beautifully prepared & thoughtfully paired with interesting ingredients. All of the fish was incredibly fresh & the service was impeccable.
We just had the most amazing experience at Park. the chef was gracious & kind, the food was amazing & our server Nick was so much fun. I can't recommend this place highly enough for an incredible night. Thanks Park - Chef Antonio & Nick for making our 25th anniversary so special!!

La salade au 16 légumes avec la vinaigrette à l' ume était très rafraîchissante. Plateau normal & premium comme repas principal . Sashimi 10/10 nigiri 10/10 maki 9/10 . Le service d'eau 10/10 & service au table très bien ! Je recommande
J'y suis allé pour un souper d'affaires, un soir de semaine, & ce fut une expérience mémorable. Quel bon repas! Tout était exquis & parfaitement réussi. Chaudement recommandé!

The highlight of the evening was the chef's incredible table-side preparations, where he added his unique touches to each dish, making the meal feel truly special. The menu is filled with an array of exceptional offerings, each more delicious than the last. From the beautifully presented sushi to the innovative appetizers, every bite was a delight. The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, creating the perfect backdrop for an enjoyable evening. The staff were attentive & friendly, enhancing the overall experience. I can't recommend Park highly enough! I will absolutely be returning for another round of their amazing cuisine. A true gem in Montreal!

My wife booked the lunch for us & the restaurant is in a very nice neighbourhood of Westmount in Montreal. We were greeted by a lovely host (I think her name was Faye) originally from Dorset, Uk; who welcomed us like old friends. (She also greeted a lot of regulars that came in after us - so she is definitely skilled at her role!) She recommended us to actually go for the Park specials, but double up on the nigiris, so we get the variety. Good call! Some people don't get the fuss about sushi. The skill is not just fresh fish, the knife skills, or the right marinated rice, the temperature, the presentation, but the whole ensemble. Chef Park also introduced the idea of his Argentinian flavours in the dips & the fusion tastes of the west & the Japanese in some sauces that were brushed on the nigiri. The presentation is immaculate & it is an experience to have some top rated sushi. We were very lucky to find him at the restaurant on our visit. He was happy to have a chat. If you are a sushi lover in Montreal, you definitely should try it out.

Un endroit vraiment agréable avec une décoration très soignée. Le service est sympathique & de bon conseil. Les plats sont délicieux & bien présentés. Bref, je recommande vivement !
We had the most wonderful experience dining at Park. The moment my 2 friends (we are from windsor, winnipeg & halifax !!) & I walked in & were greeted warmly by Nick- he set the vibe for the evening. I eat out often for work & I have never met a more warm, hilarious & genuinely nice host. It is clear he loves his job. We were seated on the patio & I loved the people watching. Our server Jodie was so patient with our questions, & we absolutely loved each drink & dish she recommended. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on their menu, but the chicken gyoza, Special Maki, Vegetarian Maki & Wild Mushroom & Rice Cakes were delicious. Highly recommend going if you are visiting Montreal.

Went for lunch, their menu is well priced for the quality. I wouldn't recommend the lunch box even though it was good, because it doesn't reflect the level of the other dishes. Yes you get a bit of everything ( gyozas, sushi, rice & salad ) but it is average in terms of taste compared to the rest. Sushis are really fresh & original, take thay over the lunchbox in my opinion. Will definitely comeback for lunch or dinner !
I was looking forward trying this place, & what a better occasion for my partner's birthday. When making the reservation it asked me if it was for an special occasion & I wrote it was for a birthday. When we arrived it took a bit of time to get welcomed but I understand it gets busy. When I said I had the reservation the hostess turned & looked around & said is this table okay? Not that I was expecting much but if this place is that popular I would've expected at least a little reserved note on the table or something it was more like a casual place & he was checking what tables were empty to give me. Why did I even put down 35$ per person to reserve a place where It clearly seems like an average restaurant that you can just walk-in. We got seated down like sardines in the middle of two tables were we could just hear their whole conversation of both tables, almost even share the food at this point. Service was quick & food was good but nothing extraordinary. Now, I'm not expecting a cake or a show or even a free dessert when I mention in my reservation that I'm celebrating someone's birthday. However the fact that it wasn't even awknoledge that it was someone's birthday at all really disappointed me, not even a hey happy birthday...honestly average for what they charge & for the hype of this place. I feel like they are so many other places in montreal that you can get way better food,service & quality for that price that I would not recommend this place for special occasions at all.

Amazing food, incredible service, excellent atmosphere. We went here for lunch & had a great experience. I would highly recommend a visit. The sushi was such high quality & the unique spin on the dishes left me wanting more. Creative, filling, & enjoyable dining experience!
Top tier dining experience in Montreal. Went there for a special family occasion & we could not have been happier. Had the sushi platters, there was plenty of food for everyone. Recommend shelling out for the premium platters as you will get Otoro tuna & it is worth it! Everything was fresh, refined & tasty. Service was excellent & our waitress took the time to walk us through every single type of fish, maki & nigiri. Definitely on the pricier side but worth it to experience tastes you won't find anywhere else in the city.
C'est ma 5e fois à ce restaurant. La nourriture est fraîche. Un peu cher pour le prix d'autant plus que les portions sont plus petites. Cette fois-ci, le service à la table laisse à désirer. La serveuse était rude & n'était pas accueillante. Dommage que cette serveuse a gâché un peu ma soirée. Compte tenu du prix élevé, des lacunes dans l'accueil & l'hospitalité, je recommande d'essayer un autre restaurant.
I was so looking forward to my dinner last night at Park & sadly was extremely disappointed. first the positives...I was greeted warmly & promptly at the front & taken to my spot at the bar. The server was very nice. The decor is fine...nothing amazing...but clean & nice. The sushi chefs don't even acknowledge you. I didn't expect them to have a full conversation with me, but I did find it odd that they don't look at you (not even once) & they simply don't acknowledge you at all. The maki roll I got was so underwhelming. The sauce on it was delicious...but if you took away the piece of shrimp sitting atop of each cut piece the actual roll is simply rice. If there was anything else in it...it was miniscual because all you tasted was rice. So I had shrimp atop of rice. Beyond disappointed. I would not recommend the roll called Ebigari Maki. The menu says that is has salmon & tuna tartare inside but I tasted none. I only tasted rice. For a roll that anywhere else would range between $20 & $30 they charged $49 & all I tasted was rice inside the roll. I knew that Park was expensive & I had no problem with that because I was expecting a fabulous dinner with phenomenal sushi. I did not get that. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. I was so disappointed that I stopped ordering & let the server know that I was underwhelmed & other than saying she was sorry...she did nothing to try & make it right. For what I experienced Park is overpriced & does not deliver the exceptional food I was expecting... I asked for the check & left...still hungry & very disappointed.
Si vous recherchez un resto plutôt délabré; un service arrogant; si vous voulez attendre 30 minutes pour avoir votre vin; vous faire dire que les vins à $45 ne sont pas disponibles & vous faire recommander des vins à $75; vous faire dire que vous ne connaissez rien à la cuisine japonaise parce que vous n'aimez pas le poisson cru; accepter une addition des plus salées au prétexte farfelu que les poissons sont soumis à l'acuponcture, vous aimerez ce resto.
Je ne comprends pas que nos critiques culinaires de haute gamme ou qui s'y prétendent portent cet arnaque aux nues.
