Le service a été impeccable. Je trouvais qu'il manquait de légumes à mon plat, ils en ont ajouté. Ils ont gardé mon plat pour s'assurer qu'il reste chaud. Le serveur a été très gentil avec ma mère âgée. Le repas était délicieux. Le bar à pain était plein & propre.

Malheureusement le pire Pacini que j'ai visité... Vivant à Vaudreuil depuis bien plus de 10 ans, j'ai vu l'évolution de ce Pacini. Plus récemment, depuis la dernière année environ, c'est notable à quel point le niveau de qualité & de service a déprécié. En été 2024 j'y suis allé &, après plus de 1h45 à attendre ma nourriture, celle-ci est arrivée froide & sèche. Manque d'eau à la table, drinks non-disponibles, plats chers pour une piètre qualité, bref de quoi couper l'appétit. J'ai redonné une chance dernièrement au restaurant, avec l'espoir que le service & la nourriture se soient amélioré, mais c'est en vain. Encore une fois, la nourriture était sèche & peu gouteuse, le service était affreusement long, les pâtes ne semblaient pas fraiches, & j'en passe. Tout cela pour me faire offrir une facture de près de 40$ avant pourboire pour peu de nourriture & un service médiocre.
Sincèrement, ce Pacini est décevant sur tous les points. Je ne peux pas conseiller à quiconque ce restaurant en bonne conscience. Une telle courbe de dépréciation au niveau de la qualité ne peux pas être rattrapée à mon avis sans changement significatif, notamment dans la gestion.
Dîner mère/fille. Excellent service de Aisha, accueillante , souriante & attentionnée. Nous avons pris chacune un Spritz mocktail, la pizza kale, fraises & mozza & une pizza Américana. Tout était parfait ! Une mention spéciale au tiramisu aux fraises que nous avons partagé(c'est une bonne portion pour une personne seule) le meilleur dessert que nous avons mangé depuis longtemps, ma mère qui ne mange jamais de dessert s'est régalée tout autant que moi 😋😋 !!!

Toujours sympathique! Par contre, lors de ma dernière visite, ne pas avoir de beurre à l'ail pour le bar à pain, c'est un peu comme si un restaurant déjeuner n'avait pas d'oeufs…
So I went on Sunday 8/10 to celebrate my twins birthday. My son ordered the Duettos, pizza & Linguine Alfredo, waitresses asked if we want to add chicken or shrimps. He decided to have shrimps linguine Alfredo.
They brought the linguine without the shrimps.
He waited 15 minutes for the shrimps because they forgot & they just dropped into the table. You don't want to know the story after… asking me if everything is ok??? Really, they were expecting I cooked the shrimp too I guess !

Food was great, service was terrible & the restaurant seemed to be in disarray. There were tables all over that were not cleared away. We sat on the terrace near a group of 4 women who were as displeased as we were.
We had a good time coming to Pacini, it was my first time here. Definitely loved the bread section where you can toast your own bread with garlic butter, pesto butter, normal butter or tomato butter. The drinks were not that fascinating but we will most probably come here again. Thanks!
Was looking forward for a family dinner with my wife & my daughter. Our server Liam was exceptionally nice, polite & helpful. The downside was the music. This is not the first time it happens. It is way too loud, bad choice of music. If I would have brr Alone I would have left immediately. This is not a bar, this is supposed to be a family restaurant. Personally I don't think I will come back here.
We absolutely loved our experience at Pacini Vaudreuil! The food was delicious, the ambience was cozy & inviting, & everything was beautifully presented. What made our evening even better was our waitress, Laure-she was absolutely amazing! She listened closely to all our questions, gave us fantastic recommendations, & made us feel genuinely welcomed & taken care of. Thank you, Laure, for making our visit so memorable. We'll definitely be coming back!

Presque personne dans le restaurant....yess on va etre choyés..... plus rien dans le bar à pain ..... ni d'assiette, de beurre & de pain .
On vous a donné une chance pour revenir & avoir encore des problèmes. Désolé mais c'est tout pour nous
