Service excellent, nous étions un groupe & ça s'est très bien passé. La nourriture est vraiment trop cher pour ce que c'est. Un extra crevettes où on doit chercher les crevettes. Ma sauce bolognaise très ordinaire pour un restaurent de pâtes.
Le bar à pain est très décevant. Je m'attendais à des pains routes, des pains italien pas du simple pain acheté en gros pas cher.
Dès tonnes d'olives dans un plat ça change le goût de la sauce, c'est vraiment pas bon.
Je ne retournerai pas à ce resto
Went today with the family for dinner. First thing, the waiters need to ditch the toothpicks in their mouths while dealing with customers. Second, if the customer tells you they don't like a certain ingredient in their food either tell them what menu items don't have that ingredient or make the item without. Instead I was served food with that certain ingredient in abundance. Third, would it hurt you to use some seasoning of any kind in your tomato sauce? It literally tasted like a regular can of crushed tomatoes simmered for 5 minutes. Bland is an understatement. Fourth, if the customer asks for more than 1 take out container don't tell them no. Fifth, fix the carpet by the entrance. It is a health & safety issue. At the price I paid, I can get better service & food elsewhere.

I was really disappointed with our visit. My daughter's pasta tasted like it had been cooked at least a day before - the sauce had no flavor at all, & once it was stirred, everything was dry. The pizza was just as bad; the pepperoni was very poor quality. This used to be a good Italian place, but now the food feels like bad leftovers. I wouldn't consider dining here again.
Went for a birthday dinner. Service was good considering our server, Sara, was alone for 14 people. The food was cold when served. I had ordered the Pasta Primavera. Pasta tasted like it has been made yesterday & Primavera sauce was tossed into very dry pasta. What looked like a handful of rocket leaves dropped on top of pasta, with no oil or sauce placed on top. Several other guests at table sent plates back for reheating or didn't eat food as it was not appetizing. My first time there & it will be my last.
Très déçu de Pacini Vaudreuil. À commencer par notre serveur, ce dernier semblait désintéressé d'être là. Il oubliait des éléments simples (ma boisson, les à-côtés). Il y avait une autre table ou deux avec nous. Le restaurant n'était pas très achalandé... D'ailleurs, l'autre serveuse qui avait probablement plus d'ancienneté lui répétait sans cesse ce qu'il devait faire... bon. On passe à la nourriture. Les assiettes sont arrivés avec un délai raisonnable. Les plats choisis: morue linguine, lasagne & spaghetti bolognaise (assiette enfant)... tous décevants: on aurait dit que c'est de la nourriture qu'on se ferait à la maison! La morue goûtait à un poisson sorti d'une boîte de surgelé! Les sauces de la lasagne & du spaghetti goûtaient une sauce "Catelli"! Bien que leur bar à pain était bon (qu'est-ce qui n'est pas bon sur un grill?!!), il manque de variété sans leur sorte de pain. En fait, c'était le seul point positif. Donc, service en-deça de la moyenne ainsi que de la nourriture... c'est un restaurant que je ne retournerai pas.
Le service était très long, à toutes les étapes (sauf assignation d'une table). Nous sommes arrivé à 19:00 comme prévu la réservation. La nourriture a été servie à 08:20... plats de pâtes pas assez sauce, les pâtes sèches tièdes, entrées tièdes & pizza manquait de goût. Nous étions 6 adultes & 2 adolescents ... nous n'irons plus. Pas de la faute de la serveuse, mais de l'organisation de l'équipe.
Il manquait de sauce & c était froid. Nous avons demandé de prendre leur temps nous voulions avoir le temps de prendre l apéro avant de mangé mais tout est arrivé en même temps.
