Malheureusement le pire Pacini que j'ai visité... Vivant à Vaudreuil depuis bien plus de 10 ans, j'ai vu l'évolution de ce Pacini. Plus récemment, depuis la dernière année environ, c'est notable à quel point le niveau de qualité & de service a déprécié. En été 2024 j'y suis allé &, après plus de 1h45 à attendre ma nourriture, celle-ci est arrivée froide & sèche. Manque d'eau à la table, drinks non-disponibles, plats chers pour une piètre qualité, bref de quoi couper l'appétit. J'ai redonné une chance dernièrement au restaurant, avec l'espoir que le service & la nourriture se soient amélioré, mais c'est en vain. Encore une fois, la nourriture était sèche & peu gouteuse, le service était affreusement long, les pâtes ne semblaient pas fraiches, & j'en passe. Tout cela pour me faire offrir une facture de près de 40$ avant pourboire pour peu de nourriture & un service médiocre.
Sincèrement, ce Pacini est décevant sur tous les points. Je ne peux pas conseiller à quiconque ce restaurant en bonne conscience. Une telle courbe de dépréciation au niveau de la qualité ne peux pas être rattrapée à mon avis sans changement significatif, notamment dans la gestion.
We had a good time coming to Pacini, it was my first time here. Definitely loved the bread section where you can toast your own bread with garlic butter, pesto butter, normal butter or tomato butter. The drinks were not that fascinating but we will most probably come here again. Thanks!

Food at Pacini is great as always. While it can be a bit pricey, it's undeniably delicious, especially the truffle dishes. I also loved the all-you-can-eat bread bar & the pesto butter, which is always a highlight. I appreciate that they have vegan & vegetarian options as well, along with a great selection of drinks. The restaurant itself is very nice, & we were seated quickly, as it wasn't busy when we arrived. However, the service needs improvement. Our server, Alexandre (if I recall correctly), seemed quite untrained. We went on a Friday around 5:30 pm, aiming to avoid the dinner rush, which we did since the restaurant was almost empty. Despite being friendly, our server lacked customer service experience. It took an hour & a half to receive our main course, & he didn't check in with us or acknowledge the delay. My 2 ½-year-old was getting antsy, & when I flagged him down to ask about our order, he assured us it'd be out in 5 minutes but took another 20. Meanwhile, other tables that arrived later received their meals. Then, when we requested the dessert menu, he dropped it off but didn't return to take our order until we flagged him down again, even though he was checking in on nearby tables. Overall, the food & ambiance are great, but service was disappointing. Hopefully, Pacini can provide better training for their staff to enhance the experience.
Party of 24, with only 1 server, she had no help, drinks for half of group received 40 min after sitting,! I mentioned yo manager who said he would help her out but he didn't. The pasta dishes were not hot enough, 3 of us sent them back to reheat them, bread bar is not checked enough, they ran out of plates & bread, my son opened cupboard below to get more bread out. This was only 6:30 & restaurant was no where close to full for a Saturday. Too many employees at the bar talking & taking too long with drinks. Disappointing as was my husband's 60th Birthday.
Used to be much better. Service was slow, & had to call their attention. We waited almost 10 mins to get seated (no one at the reception) We waited 20 mins to get asked for drinks (only 1 drink arrived after 20 mins & was the wrong drink). No water, no bread. Barely any service. Food finally came after 25 mins. Food was decent, at least. Or maybe by that time we were just too hungry. Still no water. Had to ask again. The only thing that came quickly was the bill.
Serveur courtois & sociale. Ne s'est pas assuré si on voulait quelque chose d'autre pendant notre repas... fromage, eau, drink, etc. Reste parfait. Merci
The restaurant is nice, there's a toast bar. Service was slow, i paid cash, & the server had no change to give me & was allowed to make change in his cash register lol..... food is expensive for what it is. Drinks are good & a reasonable price.

La nourriture était très bonne.
La seule critique est qu'il n'y avait pas de barman donc l'attente a été longue avant de recevoir nos drinks & boissons gazeuses, nous les avons reçu après avoir reçu notre entrée à partager!
