I was really disappointed with our visit. My daughter's pasta tasted like it had been cooked at least a day before - the sauce had no flavor at all, & once it was stirred, everything was dry. The pizza was just as bad; the pepperoni was very poor quality. This used to be a good Italian place, but now the food feels like bad leftovers. I wouldn't consider dining here again.
Dîner mère/fille. Excellent service de Aisha, accueillante , souriante & attentionnée. Nous avons pris chacune un Spritz mocktail, la pizza kale, fraises & mozza & une pizza Américana. Tout était parfait ! Une mention spéciale au tiramisu aux fraises que nous avons partagé(c'est une bonne portion pour une personne seule) le meilleur dessert que nous avons mangé depuis longtemps, ma mère qui ne mange jamais de dessert s'est régalée tout autant que moi 😋😋 !!!

So I went on Sunday 8/10 to celebrate my twins birthday. My son ordered the Duettos, pizza & Linguine Alfredo, waitresses asked if we want to add chicken or shrimps. He decided to have shrimps linguine Alfredo.
They brought the linguine without the shrimps.
He waited 15 minutes for the shrimps because they forgot & they just dropped into the table. You don't want to know the story after… asking me if everything is ok??? Really, they were expecting I cooked the shrimp too I guess !
Excellent service. Les oeufs bénédictines chèvre & pesto au petit déjeuner, juste miam! Les pizzas, les pâtes, tout est bon. Les serveurs/euses sont aimables & avenants. Jamais eu aucun problème.
Je suis allé souvent & cette fois ci j'ai été déçu de la pizza Americana que j'ai eu, j'avais l'impression qu'elle est passée a la réduflation, il avait plus de pâte de de condiment & pepperoni....
Une belle salle pour recevoir un groupe, un peu à l'écart, tranquille. La nourriture (pizza & pâtes) correcte. Pour le Service, c'est laqué ça se gâte... décevant du début à la fin... Pas d'ustensiles sur la table, prise des commandes boissons & pour qq personnes du groupe les entrées... prise des commandes pour le repas n'importe comment, service du repas (4 enfants) trois ont eu leur repas & l'autre en dernier après les adultes, serveur ne sait plus qui a commandé quoi,& pas de café offert en fin de repas. Semble dépasse par la situation. 4 autres serveurs plus loin qui parlent entre eux mais personne ne vient l'aider ... pourquoi & le gérant de plancher où était-il... Une expérience vraiment décevante pour un souper d'anniversaire, on en reparlera longtemps!! C'est dimanche soir, peut-être que ce n'est pas le bon moment pour aller chez Pacini!! Sur les 20 personnes du groupe, tous sont unanimes, pour le service.
We ordered veal meatballs as the appetizer, 1 spaghetti bolognaise, 1 pizza prosciutto/arugula, 1 pizza sausage & mushrooms. Everything was good, the pizza was more of an oval flatbread. Service excellent however the oval flatbread pizzas are very small & not worth the 24.00$. The spaghetti bolognaise was a decent size. To finished our meal we ordered a bowl of Cafe Latte! All of this for 100.00$.

Première fois à ce Pacini. Le serveur était très très gentil mais le service était long même s'il n'y avait presque personne dans le restaurant. Nos plats principaux ont été servis AVANT l'entrée, qui est arrivée après quand nous étions en train de manger nos plats principaux. Les 2 soupes (potage carotte) goûtaient mauvais & n'ont pas été mangées. Mais les plats principaux étaient vraiment très bons (salade canard, carbonara & pizza truffes). La salle est très belle mais je ne sais pas si j'y retournerais.
Was here today for lunch. The atmosphere was fine.. The staff was great..attentive & friendly. We were disappointed with the pizza..it was tasty enough but very small & way overpriced..someone's idea of a small artisinal pizza. They should make the pizza larger or lower the price. P.s. the bread bar is terrific 👌
Nous avions demandé une pizza avec « fauxmage » compte tenu d'une intolérance sévère au lactose, & pour lequel nous avons été facturés. Manifestement c'était du fromage avec lactose sur la pizza, ce qui a entraîné une nuit blanche avec douleurs ...

Wow Pacini has really uped their game, place looks great, service was excellent & the food was awesome. Pizza was fantastic & the fries are out of this world. With all the upgrades the bread bar is still there. Definately worth the visit.
*Trigger warning* pics of uncooked food attached. Mention of raw uncooked meat in review. The ambiance & decor was nice. The appetizers: arrancini balls were good but not consistent. Some balls were tastier than others. However they were all consistently crispy. A 7/10 The Calamari was done nicely. Not greasy. A touch heavy with the salt. A solid 7.5/10 - we really came to this place because we were nostalgic for the bread-bar we remembered as kids; nice to see that there is a bread-bar station. Good assortment of breads & spreads. Fun to toast bread on the grill. Mains: Pizza: tomato + cheese= 8/10 Nice presentation. Came to the table hot. Pasta Carbonara: Nice! 8.5 /10 Tasty. Arrived Hot. Pretty presentation with the egg. Spaghetti & shrimp: 8/10 Tasty, good. Satisfying Salad : Kale + lemon appetizer size : For me this portion size was perfect. The salad overall was fresh, zesty & delicious. 8.5 /10 **Meatballs : appetizers. This was supposed to be paired with my kale salad. So sad that it arrived lukewarm & was so dissapointing to find the meatballs raw in the middle. (Can you hear Gordon Ramsay yell "RAW"!!) They were so raw. - I would err on side of caution for this dish- I think this place is good for groups. Its got a good vibe & if popular items on the menu are chosen then its very likely that it will not dissapoint. * the reason for the low stars : obviously the raw unedible meatballs. After politely letting our waitress know that we were unable to eat or enjoy the dish because... it was raw. She said she would let the kitchen know. I was expecting that she would update us ; or offer apologies. She carried on as if nothing were amiss. & When it came time to pay. We were quite surprised to see the raw dish on the bill. SIGH We had to awkwardly ask that it be removed since ...the WHOLE thing was raw/ unedible/ no one ate it. *& no she never offered to replace the dish or offer a solution.* Ugh. the awkwardness..Ugh the raw meaty-ness UGH
Le serveur était très sympathique. Il a bien répondu à nos demandes & questions. Mon fiston a adoré découvrir le bar à pains. Il y avait beaucoup beaucoup d'oignons dans ma portions de « frites ». Le dessert de gâteau au chocolat était trop sucré. La pâte à pizza était bonne. La musique trop forte.
Le service a été tellement long, & ce n'est pas un reproche à notre serveuse qui a gardé le sourire en tout temps. Nous avions commandé du sans gluten & on nous a dit 8 minutes pour les remplacer, ça en a pris 60 alors que les autres avaient fini de manger. Nous avons commandé une pizza Take out ça aussi pris 60 minutes pour la recevoir. Aucune commande ne sortait de la cuisine. Mes enfants son coeliaque alors c'est un de seul resto où on peut aller mais au prix que c'est rendu avec le niveau de service reçu hier, c'est terminé pour nous.

Pizza & salad impeccable. Linguini (avec saumon) sans saveur.
J'ai demandé une table à côté d'une fenêtre- nous l'avons pas eu mais il y'avaient plusieurs espaces libres.

Le service était très long, à toutes les étapes (sauf assignation d'une table). Nous sommes arrivé à 19:00 comme prévu la réservation. La nourriture a été servie à 08:20... plats de pâtes pas assez sauce, les pâtes sèches tièdes, entrées tièdes & pizza manquait de goût. Nous étions 6 adultes & 2 adolescents ... nous n'irons plus. Pas de la faute de la serveuse, mais de l'organisation de l'équipe.
Food was mediocre, pizza was dry. Escargot cheese was burnt. We were not told about the bread bar.... until the entrees arrived & asked for bread with the pasta. It would have been nice to have with the escargot & the fondu which was good. paper napkins which is the first thing that I noticed it was second rate along with not changing the utensils after the appetizers. My biggest pet peeve is when the waiter takes the plates when everyone is not finished. It makes the people who are not finished feel rushed & uncomfortable.When I arrived I asked for a cozy table, the hostess said it was very busy, I had to point out it was an early reservation, & the restaurant is about 20% full, but she did give us a nice table & was very professional about it & a nice goodnight when leaving. For the price the service details should have been better. The atmosphere has a high potential of being a very classy place if it had those details in effect. Staff was very nice but inexperienced. I did like everyone I met they were very polite. I hope this helps you, you have great potential to be one of the best restaurants in the area.
