Petit bémol pour un souci de facturation. Je dois faire un suivi car nous étions un groupe de 22, certains ont pris des tables d'hôtes, les ont payé & malgré tout, elles ont été refacturées lorsque j'ai payé la facture totale.

La nourriture est bonne surtout les pâtes : bien cuite comme il se doit (al denté). Le menu enfant est varié, top, en plus pas chère. Le cadre général n'est pas mal, le service est correct ; pas mauvais mais en même temps peut mieux faire. Nous n'avons pas aimé le fait que la salle principale est -18 ans malgré que nous étions les seuls clients à ce moment (avec nos enfants). Globalement c'est un restaurant pas cher a pris abordable que je recommande.

Service médiocre : décide de l'entrée des enfants, nous amène la nourriture avec délai, ne vient pas nous voir pour savoir comment ca se passe, je dois me lever pour aller le chercher, sert du café froid (nous l'avons bu car pas envie d'attendre), difficulté à répondre aux questions. Pour une facture de 150$, disons que ca ne donne pas le goût du tout.

Première fois à ce Pacini. Le serveur était très très gentil mais le service était long même s'il n'y avait presque personne dans le restaurant. Nos plats principaux ont été servis AVANT l'entrée, qui est arrivée après quand nous étions en train de manger nos plats principaux. Les 2 soupes (potage carotte) goûtaient mauvais & n'ont pas été mangées. Mais les plats principaux étaient vraiment très bons (salade canard, carbonara & pizza truffes). La salle est très belle mais je ne sais pas si j'y retournerais.

Our waiter was Kyle, he gave us an exceptional service. We will certainly go back. I need to reach him, for some reason there is no tip added to my bill, even though I clicked on the amount I wanted to leave him.

Was here today for lunch. The atmosphere was fine.. The staff was great..attentive & friendly. We were disappointed with the pizza..it was tasty enough but very small & way overpriced..someone's idea of a small artisinal pizza. They should make the pizza larger or lower the price. P.s. the bread bar is terrific 👌
