Très bruyant. Notre table n'était pas prête à nous accueillir malgré notre réservation. Service lent. Portions inégales pour deux commandes d'un même plat.
La serveuse m'a regardé avec un gros regard de jugement quand je lui ai dit que je ne voulais pas les piments ni les tomates dans mon assiette, je me suis sentie très inconfortable (plusieurs personnes dans le groupe avec qui j'étais ont remarqués son jugement aussi, autant au niveau de son intonation que son regard, elle m'a fait répété 4 fois si je voulais 'vraiment' juste ça). La nourriture était très bonne par contre, notre table de réservation était prête quand nous sommes arrivées.

Je suis allée mangé avec mon conjoint pour souper un lundi soir. Tous les deux on a commandé du poulet. Moi avec pâte & lui avec frites. Poulet à peine cuit. Lui son assiette baignais dans l' huile. Très gras.
J' ai été déçu pour le prix.
Nous sommes des habitués des restaurants Pacini mais cette fois ci nous n'avons pas aimé la qualité des lanières de poulet qui semblaient avoir été décongelées & réchauffées. Sur une commande de deux assiettes de saumon une d'entre elle n'était pas entièrement cuite.
Malgré nos déceptions, notre serveuse a été compréhensive avec nous.
Pour la bouffe, c'était délicieux
Mais malgré ma réservation notre place n'était préparée & nous avons dû demander de nous trouver un autre place car la première attribuée nous étions très inconfortable, pas de place pour circuler & même difficile de se lever pour aller au bar à pain par manque d'espace.
Mais après avoir changé de place c'était très bien, disons que c'est décevant lorsqu'on prend prend la peine de réserver à l'avance.
As an English speaker, who tries their best to order in French, going anywhere can be a little daunting. I felt extremely welcome at Pacini's. The staff were very friendly & professional, happy to switch between French & English, even offering English menus. The food was hot & tasty & the beer was cold & refreshing. I would happily come back to Pacini's with family, friends & work lunches/suppers. Myself & my group really enjoyed our visit & left full bellied & in good spirits. Thanks to all that made it a great experience!!!!
Please note that the restaurant was busy that night, yet our party waited an hour two appetizers & an entree to be served. Along with a 15-20 min wait for our coffee & mocktail. Overall restaurant was good, but service seemed slow.
The fried squid we ordered was burnt
Squid should be a fried golden colour. It was too pannee & overcooked
The pizza crust was also burned we returned it but what we got back was soggy & inedible
