J'ai adoré le concept de bar à pain que je connaissais pas du tout ! La serveuse était vraiment très agréable. Les plats étaient corrects, la pizza un peu chère pour la taille mais bonne.

It's a very nice pacini. Pasta & pizza aare good. Service is efficient. Sparkling water in cool. Cooking & eating your own bread is a very cool experience.
We waited 1 hour & 15 minutes for dinner. The calamari was not edible as it was so salty. My husbands pasta had clearly sat for sometime. My pizza did not include the ingredients i ordered & an Italian salad was greens with one cherry tomato cut in half. They had a problem with their ordering system which may have accounted for the lateness in getting our meal.
During our recent road trip, we stumbled upon Pacini Sherbrooke & it turned out to be a delightful surprise for the entire family. Tucked away in a cozy corner, this restaurant exudes a warm & inviting atmosphere from the moment you step in. The ambiance is just right-casual yet refined, perfect for families with kids. We were promptly greeted by friendly staff who made us feel welcomed right away. Our server was attentive & patient, especially with our children, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. One standout dish was the Fettuccine Alfredo-it was creamy, rich, & seasoned to perfection. The kids couldn't get enough of the cheesy pizza, which was a hit for both its taste & generous toppings. & of course, no meal is complete without dessert! The Tiramisu was the perfect ending to our dining experience-light, fluffy, & absolutely indulgent. We'll definitely be back on our next road trip!
The fried squid we ordered was burnt
Squid should be a fried golden colour. It was too pannee & overcooked
The pizza crust was also burned we returned it but what we got back was soggy & inedible

Nice atmosphere with friends. Some of the food was delicious & some was a miss. My lasagna dish had sauce on one side but dry on the other side. Linguine nothing special about it, quite basic. However prosciutto pizza was delicious & pasta with shrimp meals. Presentation of the meals were beautiful to look at. Now let's match presentation with taste.
Nous sommes allé au pacini samedi 4 mars pour le souper. Nous étions 4 & nous navions pas de réservation. La jeune fille qui etait a l'accueil nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de problème & nous a assigné une table dans la pièce du fond du resto qu'ils appellent la verrière je crois. Jusque là tout allait bien. C'est par la suite que notre expérience fut gâchée. Nous etions assis depuis 25 minutes & la serveuse ne venait pas nous voir & passait souvent juste a côté de nous sans meme nous regarder, nous saluer... bref, c'était comme on étaient des fantômes.... Finalement, elle vient à notre table sans « bonsoir! » avec son calepin & son crayon en main & nous demande sans jamais même nous regarder : « êtes vous prêts à commander? » Elle fixait son calepn & attendait qu'on commande. C'est ce qu'on a fait. Nous avons commandé 2 pizzas er 2 plats de pâtes. Ensuite ce fut une longue & interminable attente durant laquelle on n'a pas revu notre serveuse & elle n'est pas revenu nous rassurer sur quoi que ce soit. Cela faisait + de 1h qu'on avait commandé (ajoutez les 30-45 min d'attente précédentes avant que la serveuse daigne venir prendre notre commande). Des clients arrivés apres nous recevaient leurs plats... pas nous! Nous nous sommes donc levés & sommes partis sans avoir reçu nos plats. On a demandé a une autre serveuse de trouver la notre avant de quitter pour lui dire qu'on partait. Encore un autre 10 min à attendre sans qu'elle ne vienne. Fâches & déçus du manque de professionnalisme de cette personne qui simprovise seveuse sans ne donner de service, nous somme partis le ventre vide... échec total pourtant la soirée avait bien commencé puisque nous avons été très bien accueilli.. somme toute nous n'y retournerons jamais.
