Très bon service reçu par Jade. Le repas était excellent. Nous étions 4 membres de la même famille & tout le monde était satisfait de l'expérience générale.
We waited 1 hour & 15 minutes for dinner. The calamari was not edible as it was so salty. My husbands pasta had clearly sat for sometime. My pizza did not include the ingredients i ordered & an Italian salad was greens with one cherry tomato cut in half. They had a problem with their ordering system which may have accounted for the lateness in getting our meal.

We waited 20 min & no one came to write down our order. Since the kids were too hungry... We stood up & left the place. We might be an outlier in this scenario, especially reading other good comments. But first impressions matter a lot to me. Despite I might never be coming back, I still wish them good look reviewing this.

Catherine qui assure le service est excellente. elle prend le temps d'expliquer le menu & est attentionnée. La cuisine est excellente & les plats arrivent chaud ce qui est important pour nous. la salle est tres bien pour se restaurer. on y reviendra avec plaisi
J'ai adoré mon expérience ici. La serveuse Catherine à été très douce avec moi. Je suis de nature doux quand je vais dans un restaurant donc je vois en elle une formidable sensibilité vis à vis c'est client. Très professionnel. La nourriture est également très bonne!
During our recent road trip, we stumbled upon Pacini Sherbrooke & it turned out to be a delightful surprise for the entire family. Tucked away in a cozy corner, this restaurant exudes a warm & inviting atmosphere from the moment you step in. The ambiance is just right-casual yet refined, perfect for families with kids. We were promptly greeted by friendly staff who made us feel welcomed right away. Our server was attentive & patient, especially with our children, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. One standout dish was the Fettuccine Alfredo-it was creamy, rich, & seasoned to perfection. The kids couldn't get enough of the cheesy pizza, which was a hit for both its taste & generous toppings. & of course, no meal is complete without dessert! The Tiramisu was the perfect ending to our dining experience-light, fluffy, & absolutely indulgent. We'll definitely be back on our next road trip!

J'ai célébré ma fête avec 9 ami.e.s au Pacini & nous avons passé un excellent moment! Milieu familial & chaleureux, le serveur Alexandre était gentil & attentionné! La chanson de fête à la télévision était festive & mielleuse. Un incontournable à Sherbrooke!
Nous sommes des amateurs de restaurant & pour les plusieurs fois qui nous y avons été, le service est long. Les serveuse oublies d'apportez nos entrée & le refil de drink n'y est pas présent.
Nous avions la table à côté des salles de bain. Désagréable au niveau de l'odeur, beaucoup de va & vient. La serveuse a été merveilleuse, nous n'avons manqué de rien.
Nous étions 5 & nous avons pris des pâtes. Manque de sauce & légumes. Pour le prix c'est décevant.
