Originally went in to pick up a dessert to bring to dinner, but after seeing all the tempting treats I decided to stay & have a Croissant with a Cappucino. To my surprise, the Croissant came with a small ramekin of Strawberry Jam ( I am sure made in house) which was delicous, & the Croissant also excellent.
The Cappuccino was the best I have had in Laval so far.
The service was pleasant & the person behind the counter brings the order to you.
Back to my original purpose of going in, I chose four individual Fraisiers (Strawberry shortcakes). They were top motch!
The prices here are higher than most bakeries, but the quality is worth the price.

Les meilleures croissants & pains au chocolat que j'ai pu manger au Québec jusqu'à présent ! Un délice craquant pur beurre ! Un bon goûte de France au Québec ! Félicitations Monsieur le meilleur ouvrier de France !

Je n'ai pas trouvé le service exceptionnel comme on peut l'attendre d une boulangerie plutôt haut de gamme notre hôtesse avait à peine le sourire & était plutôt condescendante. Nous avons testé le croissant, le pain au chocolat/chocolatine, le flan & la quiche. Objectivement les produits sont assez dispendieux sans pour autant être vraiment meilleur que d'autre boulangerie qui offre des prix plus abordable. Le pain au chocolat/chocolatine sort un peu son épingle du jeux en même temps vu le prix heureusement.
Aussi attention manger sur place gonfle bien la facture.
