The place has smelly attitude: infront of me 2 guys were denied to enter the place bec they just wanted 2 coffee with croissants. So they took their order away & sit near this cafe to drink coffee while it was raining outside & in cafe only 2 tables were occupied.....
Incredibly rude server, failed to accommodate my associate's dietary requirements & asked them to pay for their fixed meal. If you follow a halal or kosher diet, be aware they put bacon in anything.
kinda shocked they didn't have fruit, took forever for 2 drinks, really not what i expected :
Had such a lovely time at muru! Emily was seriously THE BEST Server! So kind & elevated the experience ten fold! If you're going, I 100% recommend getting the crème brûlée crepe!
Even though I got a hot chocolate to go it's an amazing place. Totally recommend it
The creme brule crepe was excellent. I enjoyed the little kitten in my coffee cup:)
The opening hours are already limited (10 am to 3 pm) but when you arrive within the 60-30 before closing they kick you out because'kitchen is closed' so I'm not sure how long they actually open. They are only open for tourists not for those living in the city. Also, maybe if the guy wasn't so rude about it I wouldn't have been so offended but when you have someone who made a whole trip to get there & didn't make it'on time' (while the store should have still been open another 30-45 minutes), at least show some empathy when explaining instead of looking down on them & shooing them out. Though I didn't try anything, that type of behaviour really discouraged any attempt to come back (& I had planned with many friends on top of it but will share my experience with them).
The waiter is so so rude, inattentive & impatient. Only came here for Totoro theme never recommend !!!
Its so good & the décor is beautiful & créative. Really Nice place & service
It's not posted anywhere & they don't tell you when you sit down, but you MUST order food when you sit in. We just wanted a coffee because it's also called a cafe.
I am not sure how they shaped the art in the coffee but I love it!
I ordered the veg breakfast crep, it was good, I think adding hollandaise sauce & fetta cheese will make it better & tastier
I liked the vibes of the place & the puzzle arts in the walls, cozy & nice.
The cutest ghibli cafe in Montreal! This place is mainly for breakfast, lunch, & dessert. They have plenty of drink & food options. We tried their signature creme brulee crepe & also their matcha latte with a special totoro latte art. Everything tasted super delicious . The atmosphere is super cozy & the decorations are so cute! Theres mainly totoro stuff. Would totally recommend if you're walking around old port
this café is adorable!! the crème brulé crêpe was really unique, & it tasted amazing as well. (the portion is a little big though)
Personally, I like the Military latte better than the matcha latte.
Was just passing through Mtl & stumbled on this place on a Sunday morning. Everything was perfect. Amazing service & ambiance 😁
Did not expect to find a slice of Japan in Montreal-this place is great & everyone is really sweet!
