Le service est exceptionnel & impeccable, & chaque assiette est présentée de manière magnifique. Tous les plats que nous avons goûtés étaient absolument délicieux. La créativité du chef est remarquable, avec des combinaisons de saveurs innovantes qui surprennent & ravissent à chaque bouchée. C'est sans aucun doute une des meilleures tables à Montréal. Que ce soit pour une occasion spéciale ou simplement pour un repas mémorable, je recommande vivement Montréal Plaza. Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette expérience gastronomique inoubliable!
Habitués du lieux dans ses débuts, nous n'y sommes pas retournés depuis les 4 dernières années. La qualité d'exécution n'est plus au rendez-vous & certains plats de type fusion nous ont questionnés & un peu rebutés. Notamment le canard, perdu dans un mélange de type asiatico-raclette moutardé. À peine finies, les assiettes nous sont retirées. Pour le prix (un bon 500$ pour 2), nous pensons qu'il y a bien mieux à Montréal. Cela nous fait un peu de peine car nous avons beaucoup d'affection pour l'endroit & son créateur... L'endroit nous semble devenu another place to be.

Visited: May 4, 2024 Meh. It's unique presentation & cool ambiance, great service BUT honestly the food is really not worth the hype & price that comes with it. Wine list is A1 though.
Delicious meals. Great wine selection. Lots of Asian fusion inspired dishes when I went. Fun atmosphere. Kids friendly with games/stuffed animals to keep them entertained. Would go back!
The ENTIRE team was amazing!! They are patient & friendly & incredibly well organized! It really was a group effort to provide such excellent service. & the FOOD! so incredibly creative & my favorite aspect was the way they paired sweet & salty together! Définite must have is the pear & olive dessert!!! A true work of art❤️
I truly don't understand the hype here. For the price this place is a serious let down. After being seated no one came to see us to get a drink order for 25 minutes. We ordered five dishes as per the waiter's recommendation & waited another 20 between hot courses. Our water was refilled twice during the entire meal. The food was nothing to write home about. The crab salad was good but their "vol au vent" is nothing more than a pot pie with frozen vegetables & more hard boiled egg than scallops. The tartare was buried in shavings of squash with so little fish it just felt like a rip off. As far as ambiance goes it's one of the loudest places I've been to in years. You need to yell just to hear your dinner date. Definitely not a place for an intimate dinner for two. Every time someone orders a dessert they turn up the music to 11 & the server walks around with a "bomb" that serves no purpose other than flash & fanfare. Overall this place is all style & no substance. At over $100 per person I would not recommend it & will not be returning. If you want to have the proper version of a place like this, go to Vin Mon Lapin.
Lieu & gastronomie d'exception ! Quels beaux moments on a eu ! Nous avons eu aussi le privilège d'avoir Charles-Antoine Crête quelques minutes à notre table afin de souligner les 79 ans de notre maman !!! Tout était PARFAIT !

Hands down one of my favourite places in Montreal. The food is amazing, the desserts are mind blowing & eccentric decor just really adds to it all!
Very mixed feelings but ultimately I will not go back nor would I recommend. The food is good, no complaints on taste or quality. However any main course is portioned off as if it were a tin of cat food. The wine is overpriced & its clearly gouging. The cherry on the cake was the very slow service. The issue here is the cost relative to the experience you get is hilariously pathetic. I doubt the owner will care but this review is honest unlike all those 5 star reviews with no comments...
Nous étions dans la salle privée decors de vieux garage moyen belle ambiance pour manger nous avions pris le menu dégustation la nourriture était correct mais rien de plus les desserts était mieux mais encore pas le meilleur que j'ai manger le service était très lent.vu le prix j'espérais mieux bref je ne recommanderais pas ce restaurant

C'était délicieux & super service. Cela en valait le coût. Belle expérience & à 2 pas du Vacarme le meilleur disquaire en ville !
Prestation médiocre. Une serveuse stressée & stressante, le vin était commun & pas de recommandation. La nourriture est correcte mais pas exceptionnelle, tout comme les cocktails. Ce n'est certainement pas une grande table & comparé au menu de restaurant comme chez Denise ou les cocktails de chez Ratafia, & un paquet d'autres restaurants à Montréal, ce n'est pas au niveau. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation, on nous a parlé de poissons & fruits de mer mais on nous sert une grosse assiette de viande bien lourde & pas très fine en plat de consistance. Une expérience banale à 250 $ par personne.
Had a 9:00pm reservation for 4, arrived 8:55 & waited over 12 minutes till we were actually seated. Upon being seated another 5-6 minutes with no service until I actively asked them to come to us. Our server was remarkably friendly & really does his job really well. Food is however below our expectations. In our opinion some of the food lacks salt & is just overly simple with flavoring. It could be our own preference, but food is not the biggest issue. Wait time between dishes are up to 20 minutes. Foie gras - a rather fast dish to assemble - was in my opinion completely frogotten/omitted after we ordered, & was assembled only after we mentioned the fact that every other dish is already finished except that. Then there was the beef tartare. The portion was rather small, & the egg is not adequately mixed into the beef. Not really pleasing for it's price point. One of the plates of my friend is not cleaned properly too. I have to praise the waiter again. After knowing the unpleasant experience we've had, he handled it really well & even removed a dish from our bill. In general, the place has good vibe, good environment & some of the best servers. The indoor open kitchen design is also really neat. However, it seemed like it could need more staffing, as service is slow & in certain areas sloppy. Also food is underwhelming for the high expectations.
1ere expérience dans cet établissement dont on m'en a dit que du bien. Je dois avouer que les plats ont été à la hauteur de mes espérances & même au-delà pour certains. Pour goûter un peu à tout, nous avons choisi le menu à partager. Les plats sont arrivés à un bon rythme, je n'ai hélas pas retenu le nom des plats mais c'était délicieux. Le service impeccable & attentionné, le serveur nous a même apporté un invité surprise (voir photo).
Toqué! Alumni Charles-Antoine Crête managed to create the extraordinary in a lieu where you wouldn't even begin to think it was possible. & it made a reputation of its own for quite some time & it's fully & well deserved. Amazing service, & original cuisine. One of Montreal's finest restaurants.
