The service was great & the food was incredible. We went for dinner at around 9pm with a reservation. We thought because it was a little later than usual it wouldn't be busy but the place was bumping! I love the little decor items in the place, it makes it super fun. The menu items were delcious - they have daily specials that are out of this world. Thank you!

Let me start with my appreciation for the passion & skill it takes to create a menu so complex & bold. Lots of unique combinations & daring dishes. The food was excellent; 10/10.
There is something missing with the flow. We arrived at 9pm & ordered at 9:05pm. The server was excellent annd professional. Our drinks came at 9:15pm with the oysters. Great start!
It took another 30 mins for the fois gras. Another 40 mins for scallops & mushrooms. Another 30 mins for bourguignon & salad. Each with a plate change. I appreciate the attention to detail, but you’re missing the bigger picture. More than half an hour between courses is just unacceptable for this scale of dining. We had an almost 3 hour dinner service, for 6 dishes. We were starving for 80% of our service, & tables beside us were complaining about the exact same thing. I do not fault the service or kitchen staff, this is a problem with standards & expectations of management/owners.
Amazing food, great team but hopefully some reflection with your menu. I suspect having 10 daily specials on top of a regular menu filled with complex dishes/ingredients is excessive & overwhelming your young kitchen team. They delivered exceptional quality, but we won’t be returning anytime soon & I can promise half of the patrons tonight feel the same way. No one wants to eat dinner past midnight. Even for Europeans, that’s too much.
Excellent on many levels: execution, quality of ingredients, combinations, consistency throughout the 5-course meal, service, wine selection, ambiance. We will definitely go back.

Cocktail were a bit of a disappointment. For 16$ a drink you would expect either the quantity to follow either the taste to be out of this world & it was neither.
Food was delicious appart for a slight misunderstanding regarding one plate.
Dessert were okay. I personally chose the kouign aman & I found the fruit jam in it didn’t go with it.
Definitely an experience to try but I’m not sure I would go back by choice.
This is one of my husbands favourite restaurants in Montreal. However, this time we both agreed that despite the ambiance being great, the food was just ok. Given the price point, that’s not good enough.
We ordered:
1)” tartare de thon + popcorn $27
This was not what our dish was. In reality it was tuna with strawberries & popcorn topping (not popcorn). Not exactly what we expected - but it was delicious. Perhaps they forgot to update the menu?
2)flétan plancha $22
The halibut was dry & disappointing.
3)petoncle poeles(seared scallops) $44
This was good. Though the scallops were over cooked & rubbery. The salad accompaniment was flavourful.
4) bourginom de legumes & moelle $49
This was a disappointment. It was a dry baguette in watery bourginon sauce (not thick like how a bourginon should be) & beets essentially. We found 3 tiny morsels of beef & not other vegetables. Not enough distinct flavours. & we weren’t sure what the huge baguette was there for.
5) A chocolate-based type dessert. I have no idea what this was supposed to be. It was bland & slightly bad / odd tasting.

Facile à préparer & réchauffer.
Un pur délice.
Pourtant, j'aurais cru que le poisson serait trop cuit. Nenni.
Je crois que je vais commander la boîte de Noël pour 2 tellement c'était super.
