Review Summary

Montreal Bowling is described as a retro yet enjoyable spot with lanes that look decent and a vibe that suits watching sports or hanging out with friends. Reviews praise the bowling area, the drinks, the free popcorn, and the friendly staff, along with a clean space and good value. It is considered a solid choice for family time, friends nights out, or corporate events, with recommendations to book ahead on weekends to avoid lane waits. Several notes point to occasional organization hiccups during events, such as miscommunication around promotions like free cocktails and slow service for drinks and food. Food items like nachos receive praise for quality, while some guests mention that the bathroom design feels industrial and not ideal. Overall, Montreal Bowling is seen as a fun, versatile venue for casual bowling and socializing, though staff training and event coordination could use improvement.

The food & the bowling game is very overpriced. Very rude servers to point of tears. Pressure to tip extra from the start (even tho they never really delivered the food/drink to us or serve us) threatened to be kicked out if we didn't do so. But there was this one server who try to make sure everything goes right. But unfortunately, I truly lost my appetite from the whole situation & ruined the whole experience for my boyfriend who just came here to travel. I never wanna come here again.

We came as a group of five for a fun night of bowling, but our second game stopped working after a few turns & the system kept giving us 0s while skipping our second throws. When we went to the bar to explain & ask if they could do something to make it right, the bartender (white top, grey sweatpants) laughed at us, said he didn't believe us, & dragged the conversation for about 10 minutes without even checking the lane. When I mentioned I would leave a review, he told me to'go ahead'. We left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, & like our business didn't matter at all, & we will not be coming back, do not recommend

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Montreal Bowling is a fantastic place to have a fun & relaxing time! The lanes are well-maintained, the atmosphere is lively, & the staff is super friendly. Whether you're a seasoned bowler or just playing for fun, you'll have a great time here. Plus, the snack bar offers some tasty treats to enjoy between games. Highly recommend for a great outing with friends or family!
