I made a reservation for my birthday two weeks in advance for 9 PM. When I arrived with my birthday cake & guests, I was told that the bowling machines were not working & that only two lanes would eventually be available… at midnight.

What upset me the most is that nobody contacted me beforehand to let me know about the issue. I had to travel all the way there, dressed & prepared for my birthday celebration, only to find out on arrival that my reservation could not be respected.

I asked for a refund, & while the waitress did apologize, she had already taken my cake to store it in their fridge for my guests. With all the stress & disappointment of the situation, I unfortunately forgot the cake there when leaving.

The next day, I came back to pick it up. The waitress I spoke to didn't even seem aware there was a fridge in the back at first. After checking, she returned & told me that my cake had apparently been thrown out because it was no longer there.

The entire experience was extremely disappointing & ruined my birthday plans. Better communication & organization could have avoided all of this. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Impossible de contacter ce établissement a propos de leur réservation. J'ai appeler plus de 10 fois sans réponse, en plus de répondre à une vitesse incroyablement lente. Les employés sont clairement la pour perdre leur temps. Si jamais le propriétaire de ce bowling vois ce si je lui conseille de changer tout les employés.
