Mon Village Restaurant reçoit des éloges pour un service chaleureux et attentif et une ambiance chaleureuse et rustique, avec des clients qui saluent des portions généreuses, des ingrédients frais et des plats qui vont du steak bien cuit au poulet moelleux jusqu'au rôti et aux Coquilles Saint-Jacques, le tout dans une atmosphère accueillante près de la cheminée; le menu est varié et offre un bon rapport qualité-prix, et beaucoup de convives affirment qu'ils reviendront, même si certains témoignages notent des services parfois plus lents, des heures d'affluence et une certaine irrégularité en cuisine depuis la pandémie.
What a unique & quaint restaurant. It's like a walk back in time with its rustic atmosphere & decor. The waiters & waitresses were kind & attentive & the food was great. Overall a great experience & a must visit.
We went in dec.the food & service was excellent! We went yesterday the food was great! The service was pitiful. The young lady did not ask if we wanted another drink, nor offer parmesan cheese , nor offer chili flakes, did not ask how our meal was?. She came back & asked if we wanted anything else? We asked for the bill. while we waited ; she gave other people coffee & gave another table their bill before ours' & actually the other table requested their bill after we did! She did not deserve the 10% tip I gave her! I do tip well when I am served well! Even though women are believed to be bad tippers! That's only bcs we are usually under paid & have more responsibilities!
The experience at Mon Village is always great. We stop there quite often while travelling to Montreal. Its location right next to the highway is ideal. Food & service is always great. The fireplace makes it very cozy during winter time too. I had the Ginger Beef Stir fry & it was delicious.
I've loved this place since the late 80's!! The warm homey ambiance, the service & of course, the food! In all these years, none of the outstanding features of Mom Village have diminished at all....Was, is & probably will always be a superb dining experience?!
Première expérience samedi le 6 janvier. Super intérieur accueillant, la nourriture était excellente, nous avons adoré notre service. Je recommande fortement ce restaurant. Parcontre il est important de faire une réservation même si vous n'êtes que deux

Très bel endroit ! Vieille maison, feu de bois. Repas franchement décevant & ce sur 4 plat différents... Mauvaise cuisson... Pas de saveur dans les légumes, sauces, viandes...
An absolutely delightful dining experience! The ambiance exudes a charming coziness & warmth, creating a wonderful setting for a meal. The youthful & energetic servers excel in their roles, demonstrating professionalism & skill. Their exceptional service greatly enhances the overall experience. I recommend without hesitation.
Really cool rustic vibe, you have that chalet-style hospitality with home cooked style meals. The food was a bit underwhelming on my last visit but looking forward to giving it another shot.

We had a great lunch today! I started with the spinach, pear & goat cheese salad & then had the blackened cod with jumbo shrimp. My dessert was the eggnog raisin rum sauce cheesecake. The cod was cooked perfectly. Loved the salad & dessert. I would definitely have this meal again. My boyfriend had the French onion soup, the fish & chips & the chocolate fudge pecan pie. He enjoyed everything. Our friend took the Cajun style Atlantic salmon & the frozen Alaska lemon pie. She absolutely loved her dessert! We were impressed by how good the food was & will definitely be back again! Compliments to the chef!
Rien à écrire à sa mère bouffe ordinaire service bofff ok un banc dans notre salle hey pas à la cabane à sucre que je va ce qui a sauver le tout c est le pain à l ail si le reste du resto serait à la hauteur de votre pain à l ail je vous donnerais 5 étoiles mais 2 je suis généreux ah oui trop de glace dans vos verres vous devez sauvez de l argent 😂 une joke une vraie joke
hello owners, sadly, it's time to relook at the menu & live up to the prices you are charging for the microwaved frozen food. I had so much loyalty & appreciation for the restaurant & some fond memories from a few years ago.. & now this.. food was so mediocre, really dry & not a good quality.. we had a few people at the table - some got cold food, some got dry & crusty from overdrying in the fridge & microwave ( for meats!! unacceptable).. in essence, the food tastes like a cafeteria.. actually some cafeterias taste better... anyway, please match the quality of your meals to the price level you are charging. but sadly, tonight you lost the loyalty of a few families, & I am sure they will share their experiences with others. time for a change.
We stopped for lunch on a trip from Nova Scotia to Ontario. It was a great choice! The pizza is delicious with high quality ingredients, delicious sauce & toppings. The whole place is very clean too. We enjoyed chatting with the couple who own it. Service is great & we will be back someday.
