Would be better if they didn't bend to being a'third space' for every depressed millennial parent with 2+ kids they can't be bothered to wrangle. Don't go on a Friday night after 5 if you're looking to have a beer & unwind; you're more likely to run into a sad divorcé with kids they can't be bothered to look after.
Cardinal Brewing is such a welcoming spot - we've been several times now & always love it! The space is small but warm & inviting, with a friendly staff & a relaxed, all-ages vibe. You'll see everyone from kids to grandparents enjoying themselves, & even well-behaved dogs are welcome, which adds to the fun atmosphere.
The beer selection is fantastic, with some really unique & creative options like their Peppermint Stout, Peanut Butter Cup Porter, Guava Witbier, & Coffee Stout - there's always something new to try! They also have tasty snacks to keep you going while you sip.
If you find a favourite brew, you can grab some cans to take home & enjoy later. Such a great little microbrewery - definitely worth a visit if you're in Hudson! 🍻🐶
Haven't tried the food yet. The brewed beer is great. Tried the la boheme. Great atmosphere suitable for families with kids as well. Taking the family next week to try the food.
Lovely place. Fun for all. Board games, card games, coloring books & more to keep busy while enjoying a pint. Dogs are welcome 🐶. Food was good & not ridiculously priced either & the kids loved the music instruments.
One of Québec's Great micro breweries. Loud & very lively on weekends. Seats about 50 inside & another 50 on picnic tables outside overlooking Main St in the heart of Hudson. Superb beer served cold! Food was boring. Great crowd of locals from kids to old timers.. all socializing.
