Memento is my go-to place for great beer, food & entertainment in Montreal. I've tasted a lot of different beer in my life but Memento's lineup of spicy beers turned it completely around for me. Spicy Mexican lager, spicy porter & my personal favourite - Winnie La Gose is just pure magic, I literally cannot stop drinking it when I'm there. You should absolutely try Memento's beer, it's amazing & could tell they put a lot of effort & passion when they brew it. The place itself is spacious 2-story restaurant with big bar & amazing thoughtful decor everywhere. There's a lot of activities too: foosball, darts, arcades, board games & more. Food is great, prices are fair, whenever I come to Memento I have a lot of fun. Celebrated new year's here, it was super, we partied till the morning. Oh, & during sports events they have a special food menu - try the chicken wings, you won't regret it!

Cannot say enough good things about Memento! We came as a large group & was incredibly easy to make a reservation online. We also had some special requests (we came with a bachelor party) & the staff were incredibly accommodating & helpful, ensuring my friend's celebration was nothing short of perfect. The drinks were cold & their fries & hummus were 🤌. Plus, the games were so fun & the space welcoming. Can't recommend enough!
Memento Bar is a true gem in Montreal-warm, intimate, & full of character. The atmosphere alone makes it special, but what really elevates the experience is the incredible team behind it.
George, the barman, is a standout. His cocktails are easily among the best in the city - perfectly balanced, creative, & crafted with real expertise. Whether you order a classic or ask for something custom, he absolutely delivers.
The food is just as impressive. Oleksandr's authentic Ukrainian borsch is outstanding - rich, comforting, & deeply flavorful. It's the real thing, made with tradition & heart, & it leaves a lasting impression.
On top of all that, the entire staff is exceptionally professional, friendly, & welcoming. You genuinely feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. Memento Bar isn't just a place to have a drink-it's an experience built on passion, skill, & great hospitality. Highly recommended. 🍸🍲
Super fun place, can hang out there for 2-3 hours easily. I like going during the day when it's not too busy. Great beer selection. Usually don't eat there just drinks.

The food was delicious, & the drink selection offered something for everyone. We were extremely satisfied with our time there & truly hope to return for another event.
*** I'd also like to offer my sincere apologies to the management for a small misunderstanding regarding a gift we received from one of our guests. We've learned from this situation & will make sure nothing like this happens again.
One of my favorite bars currently in Montreal to hang out & grab a drink. The atmosphere is really nice, the beers amazing & a huge bonus with the table tennis.
Amazing atmosphere, a lot of different drink options, especially beer & cool games ! Like ping pong, babyfoot, darts etc ! & the staff is very friendly too! I highly recommend !
I absolutely loved the atmosphere in this place. Everything was perfect, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there! The food & the drinks were top notch! I really recommend this place & I'll be very back soon!!! The service was amazing as well! Shout out to Olivier & Aaron, they killed it!!
For a Friday night they seemed to be very understaffed. We arrived at 10:30pm & every table was dirty, old food, dirty dishes. Only one bartender upstairs & one downstairs with about a 25 min wait for a drink.

Super bon choix de bières brassées sur place & un menu nourriture de style pub mais avec une très belle touche familiale.
Pour ceux qui n'aiment pas la bière, un immense bar est disponible & des consommations sans alcool très goûteuses également.
J'ai pris le burger Mémento! & il était vraiment bon. Les frites assaisonnées avec la mayo spéciale c'est un must. Mes amies ont pris des grilled cheese dont un vraiment original avec du fromage en grain & une sauce aux oignons verts.
Excellent service courtois & rapide. Le seul petit hic est qu'un vendredi soir, c'est très plein & très bruyant mais cela n'enlève rien à l'expérience. Décor vraiment fabuleux!

Memento was such a great experience. I went there with my friends on an odd Monday evening & was immediately impressed by the atmosphere. There were art pieces everywhere & all sorts of games.
The service was amazing. I'm not the biggest fan of beer, but the bartender was very patient & recommended drinks that she thought I'd like. I ended up with a cider & called it a night.
Since we came in using our MTL Passports, we were offered two drinks & a choice of a charcuterie board or a cheese board. Both boards were delicious. There were grapes & jams & toasted baguettes. It was so filling.
Overall, I see myself coming here again. It was a lot of fun & definitely was a great way to start the week.
