First visit (October 2025) - The pistachio burrata is really something extraordinary, would 100% order again. For the main I had the beef ceviche which seemed slightly too salty for my taste. For dessert, once again the pistachio coffee cake was very delicious.
Second visit (March 2026) - The pistachio burrata is still amazing, tiramisu tastes great + service also very good. Had to reduce to 3 stars because their payment terminal suggested tip amounts based on the total including taxes instead of the pre-tax subtotal. This is not legal in Quebec as of May 2025 under Bill 72.
This is a great restaurant. Excellent service, delicious food, & cozy atmosphere. The tiramisu is to die for!!
Excellent food, unique cocktails. appropriate portions, great cappuccino, & the tiramisu is one of the best I've had.
We had an incredible meal at Manu Cornuto. To start, the Pistachio Burrata was creamy & absolutely to die for. We also ordered the Caesar salad & the ceviche-both were fresh &'wow' worthy.
For mains, we tried the pesto pasta & the bolognese, but the star of the show was the Cream of Squash & Guanciale pasta. It was outstanding
We finished off the night with the Pistachio Tiramisu, which completely blew my mind. If you are looking for high-quality Italian food at a great price, this spot is a must-visit.

Will definitely go back again to try the sea bass dish & tiramisu
Immaculate ambience. Food deserving of its own trip to Montreal. My love for tiramisu was basically born here
Dommage!
Mano is my go to place everytime I visit Montreal! The vibe is fun, vibrant & busy, music is an eclectic 80's feel! The food never disappoints, menu is small but solid, always super fresh, waiters are friendly & helpful with great wine selection. I had the lobster ravioli special this time & wow,'just wow' Fantastique! You can't leave without the tiramisu, this is the ultimate neighbourhood Italian with the fairest prices in town! J'adore mano cornuto!!
Came here for a late dinner & everything was on point, from the food, to the attentive & friendly service to the atmosphere.
We had the pesto pasta, squash entree & their special appetizer, ending with their tiramisu which is all perfect for sharing.
It also felt nice to be able to have a good conversation over good food without feeling rushed, even towards closing.
The place is smaller in size so be sure to make a reservation, but definitely worth it!
My favorite Italian place in town so far. I really enjoy their pesto spaghetti, so tasty. Their stake & chickpea also taste good as well. We really enjoy. The cocktail is so so personally. But the tiramisu is super delicious, one of the best. I love it. The place is quite loud & the service is moderated. Will come back again!
I just tried this place for the first time & I have to say the food wad AMAZING. Hands down the BEST caeser salad I have ever had, I would go back just for that. We had the burrata, the pasta & the tiramisu too & it was all delicious. Fresh ingredients & great flavour. The staff is super friendly & the place is very cozy, will definitely be going back!
Un souper mémorable, du plateau d'antipasti au tiramisu, en passant par le tartare & le branzino... Quelle délicatesse... quiconque prétend detester ce poisson est un cancre
We went here for dinner & got the bolognese, pesto tonnarelli, & tiramisu. The food & service were amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone in Montreal.
I'd heard from a friend that he has a friend who is Italian & family hails from there. Mano Cornuto is the only place that they will take their family. & there's a reason why. Because it's just so damn good. I studied in Italy for a brief period, & learned that you don't have to spend a lot of money to eat really well. I worked in Italy for a longer period, & learned that a lot of money got you some pretty exceptional food. Mano Cornuto drives right up the middle. It's pretty exceptional food for not a lot of money. It's a pretty casual place, big line ups, & everything is excellent. Some of the best focaccia sandwiches I've ever had. Interesting specials on pastas with the regulars always good. Good drinks, nice patio in warmer weather. Best thing ever is that it's an eight minute walk from where I live. Frankly, I think, deep down inside, it was one of the deciding factors in locating our place. Oh, & the tiramisu (pull my heart in English) absolutely yanks on your heart.
Absolutely insane food. Everything was so good, service was fast, & I loved the open kitchen concept by the bar so you can watch the chefs cook! The menu is just right-not too many options so as to be overwhelmed, but every dish had its own spin, be it a unique pasta shape or an unexpected flavor profile. We had the burrata with focaccia (10/10), the bolognese, & one of the pesto pasta dishes. The dessert menu was excellent as well, which is not always the case for dinner establishments-we thoroughly enjoyed the pistachio coffee cake & tiramisu with a bit of an orange zest kick. Servers were prompt & friendly.
We had the Burrata & the Spaghetti al Pesto & the Curdo di Branzino; I loved the Branzino & really enjoyed the Burrata, the pasta was a little sour for me tho. My partner however loooved the pasta as he has a "sour tooth", but we both agreed that the Branzino is a must try! Oh & the olives were really delicious too! The tiramisu was also decent, & the drinks were good
