As a chef and restaurateur, my approach definitely bridges both European and North American traditions. This is not unlike what so appeals to me about Montreal, a city that embodies this mix of cultures perfectly and makes me feel I'm not far from my own home town of Lyon,” he added.

Je tiens simplement à souligner ma grande déception. Nous sommes entrés en contact avec le restaurant pour réserver la verrière pour un événement privé le 2 octobre prochain soit plus de 10 mois avant. Le retour a été laconique & j'ai du insisté & relancer. On m'a précisé que le cout serait'tres important' & que j'aurais un retour sous peu apres une discussion avec le gérant. Je n'ai jamais eu de retour & nous sommes bientot plus de 3 semaines plus tard. Je trouve que d'avoir déterminé sans raison valable que nous n'étions pas en capacité de payer cette privatisation combiné avec l'absence du retour promis ne reflète pas la hauteur du service & de la réputation du Boulud. Nous organiserons donc notre événement privé ailleurs ou il veut etre accueilli.

I expected more for the price paid ..the dishes a good in general were good... But an average if you compare with high cuisine

Un brunch du jours de l'an très très désappointant. Une entrée à partager sans goût, les oeufs bénédictine & l'agneau braisé très ordinaires & également sans goût. Un coût très élevé pour la qualité de nourriture que nous avons eu. À chaque année la qualité diminue. À ce questionner pour 2026!!!!!

We had the Caroteno drink here last night, among a few others, & it was by far the best cocktail on the menu! It was even better than the house Cosmo! Loved it.

Nous nous sommes régalés lors de notre souper à la Maison Boulud. Déjà, la décoration de Noel dans l'hôtel était absolument magique. Notre serveur Julien était très professionnel & amical à la fois, nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié.
Nous avons commandé nos plats à la carte & tous les plats étaient délicieux, les goûts maitrisés. Le vin nous a également bien été conseillé. Nous étions assis du côté jardin (tout en étant au chaud à l'intérieur) & c'était une très belle salle. Merci encore pour l'accueil & la belle soirée !

Lovely Christmas dinner at Maison Boulour. Warm, elegant atmosphere without feeling stiff, attentive service all evening, & the food was genuinely excellent. Seasonal dishes done really well, beautifully presented, & everything felt thoughtful rather than overdone. A calm, special place to spend Christmas, would happily go back.

Boxing day brunch is divine. Service is attentive. The food is plentiful, well seasoned, varied & scrumptious. I highly encourage you to join for the holiday brunch. Best experience ever!

Very traditional, old school & quiet. The menu is pretty much what you would expect with a mix of Italian & French flare. Some mocktails are offered. The service is great. The clientele is old. The food is well prepared & tasty but a bit boring.

My fiance & I came here for our 7 year anniversary yesterday & were treated so well. What an absolute pleasure it was dining here. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious & the overall experience was non other than perfect. I would absolute dine here again.

Thank you for a wonderful meal & visit to your Maison Boulud restaurant! We thoroughly enjoyed the meal to celebrate a birth, as well as a recent birthday. It was a special celebration with my mother who is well into her 90's. We were given the royal treatment by the Maison Boulud staff!
Valet parking was provided upon arrival & departure. Coat checks were also provided. This was a pleasant addition to our visit to the restaurant.
On our first visit, Joe was our main server & was attentive, caring & helpful. Nadine & Pamela also assisted in serving. We enjoyed the following menu items: Tartare de Saumon & Onglet de Boeuf. For dessert we enjoyed the Gateau Carotte & the Prune & Canneberge along with a pot of warm tea.
On our second visit, Adil was our main server, along with Émile & Joe. From start to finish (our arrival to our departure), the staff was friendly, helpful, attentive & caring!! 👍❤?🥰

Merci pour ce merveilleux repas & cette belle visite à votre restaurant, Maison Boulud ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce moment, qui célébrait à la fois une naissance & un anniversaire récent. Ce fut une célébration spéciale en compagnie de ma mère, qui a largement dépassé les 90 ans. L'équipe de la Maison Boulud nous a traités comme des rois!
Un service de voiturier était assuré à l'arrivée & au départ. Des vestiaires étaient également à disposition, ce qui a agréablement complété notre visite.
Lors de notre première venue, Joe était notre serveur principal. Il s'est montré attentif, prévenant & serviable. Nadine & Pamela ont également participé au service. Nous avons dégusté les plats suivants : le tartare de saumon & l'onglet de boeuf. Pour le dessert, nous avons savouré le gâteau à la carotte ainsi que le dessert prune & canneberge, accompagnés d'une théière de thé chaud.
Lors de notre deuxième visite, Adil était notre serveur principal, aux côtés d'Émile & Joe. Du début à la fin (de notre arrivée à notre départ), le personnel s'est montré amical, serviable, attentif & prévenant !! 👍❤?🥰

Celebrated my partner's birthday here & we absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is warm & welcoming, & every staff member was incredibly polite & attentive. The food was delicious, the octopus & risotto were my favourites! Service was exceptional, & the complimentary madeleines at the end were such a nice touch. Highly recommend!

Nous sommes allés comme cadeau pour mon père & avons pris le menu dégustation avec l'accord vin. Un 7 services nous permettant de goûter à plusieurs plats. J'ai adoré la pieuvre & la morue. Les accords étaient parfait avec les plats. Le service attentionné des serveurs était super. Facture salé, mais ça en valait la peine.

Food Average in general. You hear a list of exoticingredients from countries around the world, & the presentation is pleasant, but the taste Average at best

I've been there at least a dozen times since it has opened… both on personal lunch/dinners or on business events. It's been consistently a great experience . The menu is both inventive & beautifully executed. The service is attentive, but not overbearing. The cocktail & wine list are excellent (although the wine list is devoid of good deals…). Overall, a great experience

We were a group of nine people & had the private room for brunch on a Saturday. We had a Coordinator who helped with the planning prior to the event - Marjorie Matrat. She was great to interact with - knowledgeable, patient & helpful. Food, services & atmosphere were fabulous. I would highly recommend the experience.

Food was great & fresh as expected. Service was terrible. We kept waving down the servers to check in on the next course as well as the bill at the end. Seemed like they were prioritizing other tables the entire time. Every table who arrived after us left before we did. Very strange. Made the experience disappointing.

Disappointed by this brunch experience- the waiter kept bringing food & drinks which would not belong to our table several times, long wait for the main dish, the'tiramisu' dessert has nothing in common with the actual tiramisu - overall I went to dine with great excitement & expectations but I have been entirely disappointed this time. I truly hope things will change for the best.
