We really enjoyed the brunch menu here. What we appreciated most was how beautifully each component was executed. The techniques were handled with precision & restraint, yet the complexity still came through in every element of the dish. Nothing felt loud or flashy; instead, there was a quiet refinement achieved through thoughtful balance & depth of flavour, along with a pleasing interplay of textures that unfolded as you continued to savour each bite. It felt like a well-judged balance between French classics & contemporary reinterpretation.
We ordered the Garlic Gratiné Snails (Escargot), Salmon Tartare, Pulled Pork Sandwich, Icelandic Cod, & the Chocolate Entremet Cake. The Escargot & Icelandic Cod were well executed. The chocolate cake was a real highlight & easily one of the best desserts we have had in a while. The ambience was cozy yet elegant, which complemented the food beautifully. We would highly recommend this place.
The food was exquisite, the ambiance was welcoming & the service provided was simply impeccable. I am not easily swayed but I have to say, it was remarquable how everyone was courteous, efficient, sympathetic & good natured.
It elevated the whole experience. For reference I went today (Saturday) for lunch. Loved my experience & would recommend without any hesitation.
Celebrated my partner's birthday here & we absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is warm & welcoming, & every staff member was incredibly polite & attentive. The food was delicious, the octopus & risotto were my favourites! Service was exceptional, & the complimentary madeleines at the end were such a nice touch. Highly recommend!

We were a group of nine people & had the private room for brunch on a Saturday. We had a Coordinator who helped with the planning prior to the event - Marjorie Matrat. She was great to interact with - knowledgeable, patient & helpful. Food, services & atmosphere were fabulous. I would highly recommend the experience.
Our dinner at Maison Boulud was truly a Michelin-star experience. The ingredients were refined & thoughtfully selected, & each plate was meticulously presented - a real delicacy for both the eyes & the palate. The ambiance & service completed a wonderful evening. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable fine dining experience.

Ce commentaire est par rapport au déjeuner uniquement, je n'ai pas testé le dîner ou souper. En résumé : un cadre fantastique, un service ordinaire, un déjeuner décevant.
Je suis allé déjeuner avec des collègues en semaine, étant assez proche du bureau. Le cadre extérieur est magnifique, vous avez des oies à quelques mètres de vous, on se croirait en pleine nature. Au niveau service, rien qui sorte de l'ordinaire. Ce ne fut pas très rapide, ni attentionné. Le serveur s'est trompé dans la commande & a apporté à notre table une assiette destinée à une autre table. Du coup mon collègue a commencé à manger, pour se rendre compte ensuite que ce n'était pas sa commande. Quand 10 minutes plus tard les autres assiettes sont arrivés, on a pu voir la confusion. Mais pas vraiment de mot d'excuse ou d'explications.
De mon côté, par rapport à ce que j'ai mangé, je trouve le tarif très prohibitif. J'ai demandé des oeufs tournés, ils sont arrivés beaucoup trop cuits. Le jambon servi avec avait pas mal de gras, les fruits étaient bons. Je ne suis absolument pas difficile, mais pour un déjeuner, je peux manger deux fois moins cher ailleurs pour un meilleur rapport qualité/prix. Je ne recommande pas (encore une fois, uniquement pour le déjeuner). A essayer éventuellement pour un dîner ou un souper, en espérant que ce ne soit pas le même personnel...
Belle expérience chez Maison Boulud qui vaut à mon avis un 4.5/5. Le cadre est magnifique, élégant, chaleureux & on a eu l'opportunité de manger sur le jardin du Ritz-Carlton. Le service était impeccable, professionel avec une belle discrétion du personnel qui améliorait l'expérience. De plus, le service a été attentionner en portant un jolie geste envers nous en nous offrant des madelaines pour souligner notre anniversaire de mariage. Les plats sont raffinés & bien présentés rappelant la gastronomie française avec une touche moderne mise de l'avant dans les restaurants Boulud. La pieuvre grillée était bien cuite mais manquait un peu de caractère, l'assaisonnement était discret. Le foie gras de canard était de bonne qualité, gouteux & bien mis en valeur par la présentation. Mention spécial à la qualité du pain servis à volonté avec un beurre & focaccia maison. Ça a été un plus lorsque est venu le temps du foie gras. Pour ce qui est des plats principaux, la Caille Royale était tendre & savoureuse avec son jus à la cerise. L'agneau de Kamouraska était bien exécuté, avec une cuisson parfaite & bien accompagné avec les ravioli d'épaule. Cependant, les courgettes farcies à la ratatouille était décevante, il manquait ce goût riche des tomates & poivrons & les arômes des herbes. C'est pour ces raisons que j'enlèverai une étoile & demi. Globalement, l'expérience à Maison Boulud était excellente & je recommander fortement à tout le monde d'y faire un tour & de vivre une belle aventure culinaire.

We had a table in the beautiful garden & the weather was ideal to sit out & enjoy a great meal.
The glass room & indoor restaurant seatings were full as well.
Staff was so friendly & accommodating.
Beautiful smiles & greetings from the hostess right at the entrance to a friendly & personalized service from our waitress Lina. Very hands on & attentive.
A must try, we strongly recommend this restaurant.

Mes invités & moi nous sommes réunis au début de juin pour le déjeuner à la Maison Boulud. Je recommande au plus haut point cet établissement, qui allie perfection & raffinement gastronomique. Tous les plats que nous avons commandés - la dorade au premier chef - étaient exquis, avec une touche novatrice dans les accompagnements. Le service a été assuré par une équipe de professionnels, qui a su imprimer un rythme parfait tout au long de notre repas. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les recommandations du sommelier qui a réussi un accord parfait entre les plats & les vins, & ce, en nous faisant découvrir des vins auxquels personne de notre groupe n'était familier. En résumé, le déjeuner à la Maison Boulud s'est révélé une magnifique expérience gastronomique. Merci à toute l'équipe!

Breakfast experience.
The service was impeccable & very friendly. Servers actively spotted for anything you needed before you asked. The first cappuccinos we got were wonderful & velvety. The second were full of grinds & had no foam really. This was a minor issue but for the price, should never have been served. The food at breakfast was a solid 2* on the buffet. While the selection was nice, everything intended to be hot… was cold & dried out. Everything intended to be cold… was room temp. Overall. Not a great experience. For the price they could be refreshing that buffet entirely several times during their breakfast hours.

Dinner experience.
Overall it was a great experience. We went for the tasting menu with wine pairings & while not every dish was to our taste, they were all inspired & interesting. The service was fantastic all around.. everyone we encountered was very pleasant & went out of their way to ensure a great service. The wine pairings were excellent & absolutely on point. No complaints about dinner whatsoever… although of course insanely pricey.
I'd recommend it for dinner & would say to pass on breakfast. There are better options in the area with fresher food at a better price point for breakfast.

Nous recommandons vivement ce superbe restaurant où nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille, autour d'un repas sublime, avec un service de grande classe, Cela a commencé très fort avec des cocktails aussi originaux que magnifiques. Les plats étaient très travaillés & très fins & nous nous sommes régalés, d'autant plus que les conseils du sommelier pour l'accord mets-vins étaient vraiment judicieux. Aucun regret pour le prix, car la qualité était largement au rendez-vous.
⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Maison Boulud propose une carte de vins & de boissons alcoolisées impressionnante, avec une grande variété qui se distingue par son raffinement & son originalité. Le service au bar est exceptionnel, probablement l'un des meilleurs à Montréal, grâce à des bartenders talentueux & attentifs. J'ai eu le plaisir de goûter leur "Cosmopolitan d'Occident", un cocktail unique à base de coriandre & de gingembre, qui m'a vraiment séduit. La présentation était spectaculaire : un cube de glace en forme de sphère contenant une délicate rose à l'intérieur . Ce genre de détail est un vrai plaisir visuel & témoigne d'un grand souci du détail. Sur recommandation, nous avons aussi essayé le "Trinidad Sour", un autre cocktail audacieux & parfaitement équilibré, qui mérite des éloges. L'ambiance du restaurant est calme, élégante & sophistiquée, idéale pour une soirée chic ou une occasion spéciale. Cependant, malgré cette atmosphère de luxe, le menu "tapas" mériterait d'être repensé. Le poulet pané frit que nous avons commandé était correct, accompagné d'une sauce maison savoureuse, mais sans éclat particulier. Les filets d'anchois, quant à eux, ont été décevants : une présentation ordinaire & des saveurs qui manquaient de caractère. Dans l'ensemble, Maison Boulud est un excellent choix pour son ambiance & ses cocktails, mais quelques ajustements au menu pourraient améliorer encore l'expérience culinaire.
