Service was top notch, friendly, bilingual & timely. Our mains of Shrimp & Filet Mignon were cooked to perfection & the ricotta donuts in salted caramel sauce are an amazing dessert. Wine selection/pricing was reasonable. Staff are really friendly & helpful. We come back every time we're in town & it never disappoints.

Excellente nourriture, excellent service. Les prix de la table d'hôte valent vraiment la peine. On a très bien mangé. Le service était exceptionnel, on a eu un dessert gratuit pour l'anniversaire de mon chum.

We'd yet another lovely evening in Maestro - everything was fabulous! My favourite dish (entree) the Fois gras (pictured) I could eat everyday. We sat at the bar & the bar man was great! Cocktails amazing too. My current favourite is the Velours D'Été (pictured) - I'd the goats cheese entrée & the roquette salad for mains (wanted something light but altogether very filling - I'd highly recommend all) - my husband had the veil for dinner & would highly recommend also. I've often ordered the Shanghai shrimp (you can have it as an entree or main) which is so delicious. Theres nothing we've eaten in all our visits that hasn't been delicious. Dessert is also wonderful if you've a sweet tooth - I love the chocolate fondant & my husband loves the crème brûlée. Definitely our favourite spot to eat in St Sauveu

The last time we ate here was maybe 12 years ago. At the time I felt it was good, but maybe just average. How things have changed. The menu is excellent. Diverse with many options. Great cocktails & nice wine list. Service was timely - they didn't miss a beat. For starters we had the Foie Gras Crème Brûlée & it was FANTASTIC. Also shared the roquette salad. Perfect. I had the veal limon w linguini & it was amazing. My wife had the Crevettes Shanghai & it was a solid 10/10. Dessert was the Chocolat Fondant. OMG. The best!! A shout out to our server Frederique who was wonderful, attentive & on top of her game. 10/10. In fact a big shout out to the entire team. Great experience & we thank them all for their great work. We will be back. Highly recommend this restaurant.
The service is excellent. The food amazing. The pastry chef makes different desserts every week.
