Vraiment, la qualité du service était très médiocre. Lorsque vous appelez pour signaler que les frites baignent dans l'huile ou qu'ils ont omis plusieurs articles, le ton employé vous donne l'impression que le téléphone est éloigné de leur bouche. Sans oublier les silences gênants qui vous font ressentir que vous parlez à un mur. Un simple « excusez-moi » serait le minimum à faire. Arrêtez de me faire subir des bruits de fond, & sachez aussi que la communication est compliquée, car la personne murmure & parle de manière indistincte. Concernant la nourriture, les plats sont basiques : la sauce destinée au poulet ressemble plutôt à de la vinaigrette pour salade. Les frites étaient froides & imbibées d'huile, & l'intérieur du sac était complètement détrempé. En ce qui concerne le poulet, il nous a fourni des mals tout au long de la soirée. Si vous êtes en quête de bon poulet, dirigez-vous vers St Hubert, une chaîne québécoise qui n'a jamais déçu.
I recently visited Madame Paulette & overall, the experience wasn't bad-but it didn't quite meet expectations either.
The chicken tenders were well fried & had a good texture, but unfortunately, they lacked flavor. There was very little seasoning, which made them feel somewhat flat despite being cooked properly.
The fries were the biggest disappointment. They seemed over-fried-very dark, almost burnt, which affected both the taste & overall enjoyment of the meal.
Another detail that stood out was the presentation. Even though we ordered 20 chicken tenders, everything was served in aluminum trays. We had to ask for plates, which felt unusual for a dine-in experience & took away from the overall impression.
In summary, this is not a bad spot-but it's also not one that stands out. With better seasoning, more attention to frying times, & improved presentation, the experience could be significantly better.

Nous y sommes allés en fin de soirée après une game de hockey. Le restaurant est beau.
Le service est bien. Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, le poulet était fabuleux. J'ai moins aimé la poutine du au fromage réfrigérée. Du côté de mon burger c'est vrai que le bacon est un peu sec. Tout de même beaucoup que les autres fast-food qui peuvent être ouvert à la sortie des bars.
This particular store is probably the worst Madame poulet. We have been to other stores & we really like the food & the price. But this store has absolutely garbage service. The lady at the cash can barely speak/understand English. She will get the wrong order, the service is extremely long. They didn't even give us cutlery. We asked for mp classique poutine & they served normal classique (guess we should have checked how much we are being charged but we usually don't do that because other Madame poulet stores have exceptional service).
Really disappointed with my experience at Madame Poulet. We waited over 45 minutes for a Tomacluck, even though there was no rush at all.
What made it worse was seeing the manager, Coralie, on the phone the whole time, seemingly talking to friends or family instead of paying attention to customers. It felt unprofessional & like our time didn't matter.
Definitely not the level of service I expected, & I won't be coming back unless things improve.
I can't downrate the atmosphere enough. The music was very very loud. They had to lower it so I could shout my order. The terminal to pay could not be lifted so there was no way to hide my card or tip. So I panicked & put 15% even though we were taking it home. This place is expensive as hell. I ordered a piri-piri chicken burger & a mac & cheese non combo. How can you justify 55!?
Its so loud I had to leave, go outside & then & go around the corner to accept a phone call. I was already pretty unhappy. The food took a ver very long time for a fast food joint. Almost 20 minutes. We got our food & left in a hurry. I got home in 6 minutes & the food was cold. My car is heated. Burger was slop & I had to eat it with a fork & knife. The chicken was no longer crispy & was slightly blad. Sauce was ok. Macncheese was bland & the chicken did not help much. I have yet to experience food poisoning but if I did this review woudl be 1 star. I do not plan to go back & will be recommending to my friends & family that this was not a good experience.
-1000 for the ambiance, the music is so loud I had to shout my order. I swear the same song played 3 times in a row while I was waiting for my food, it took at least 15 minutes. 50$ for a burger & a mac & cheese(with chicken) is too expensive, especially since we didn't take any combo. The food is not bad, not great though. The mac & cheese is bland & it was cold when we got home (took us 6 minutes from door to door).

Food was literally disgusting. Tasteless chicken with a little bit of sauce in some bread. Nothing more. Saw the cashier who served me like shes forced to be there but the chicken with her bare hands in a slab of bread & thats that. Paid 30$ for this garbage along with a tiny bit of mac n cheese which was soggy & disgusting as well similar to a kraft dinner. Cookies were the only good thing i bought & im guessing its sourced
This place is really expensive for a burger & chicken tenders. No sauce is included with the combo, need to pay extra. The burger lacked flavour 5/10 , the chicken tenders were ok 7/10.
Ça fait longtemps que je connais la place, la nourriture a toujours été excellente, mais coté service, c'est de pire en pire. Les serveur/euses ne disent même pas bonjour, aucun sourire, on dirait qu'on les dérange. La musique est toujours très forte & innaproprié.
I ordered 3 chicken tenders on uber & two accompanying sauces. Not only were the sauces 3.50 each, but the supposed'hot honey' was just a tiny plastic cup of regular honey. I paid $7 for sauces that couldn't even cover 1 of 3 tenders. Ridiculous.
Frittes molle , seulement un cornichons dans le burger & le poulet est dure comme si il est vieux . Dégueulasse si j'aurais pu mettre 0 j'aurais mis 0, de plus le prix est exorbitant aller au mcdo vous seriez mieux servis & satisfait
