Waited 25 minutes for a reserved table. Requested in advance a slice of cake for my wife's birthday but got zero. Nothing to let me know if it was possible. Not cool. Bartender had good vibes.
not what it used to be...it's good but not what it used to be. Not having $1 oysters should not happen. It is the cornerstone of the publicity. The lobster rolls were lacking lobster. Service was not what it used to be...i guess the regulars all moved to Tremblant or other locations. Very unfortunate, i really liked going there with the family.

Great atmosphere, perfect for a Saturday night. We arrived on time but the table assigned to us wasn't ready. The guests were there for over 2hrs. Rather than wait, we requested another table but were told it was reserved for a party of 9. We were seated & served. Really nice waiter. The chowder soups arrived very cold. Np, they were sent back & brought in due time piping hot & delicious - although too many potatoes & not enough clams. The Ceasar salad, lobster rolls, fish tacos & ribs were fantastic! Great choices. Towards the end of our evening, it appeared the party of 9 cancelled which made it possible to seat so many ppl waiting to be seated possible. I wonder if they had reservations or it they just took their chance - but it worked out.

Excellent as usual! Staff is on point. Atmosphere is really chill without compromising service. Food is fresh & delivered in a timely manner. Always well presented & very savoury (as described on menu). No disappointments. Beer & spirits are excellent as well.
I too had a very bad experience at the Monkland location. Until last month, Lucille's was one of my favorite restaurants which I went to 3-5 times per month. I love the food & the service is decent. Last time I was there the service was horrible. We never saw the server & we were looked after by the busboy. Appetizers were forgotten, ketchup was forgotten, drinks were forgotten, even though asked for several times,& our dirty dishes stayed on the table for the 55minutes between appetizers & main course are a few examples. When the bill came, I decided to TIP approximately the same amount of the taxes. It was still about 15%. To my shock, when the manger came over, it wasn't to apologize for the bad experience but instead to tell me I didn't give a good TIP & I'm the future they don't have to give me a reservation! I was shocked by rudeness, which was compounded by the fact that she told me she wasn't rude because she spoke to me in private. Not sure she even understands what rude means! She also told me it's not the first time I gave a "bad" tip, she even took the time to calculate that it was 14.79% & not even 15%. I agreed that once before, when she herself served me & gave me terrible service, that I also tipped poorly. Time for servers to remember tips are for "Too Insure Proper Service!" & if they want a good tip, they need to provided good service. Also time to remind them that we don't tip on Taxes. The entitlement of this women was crazy. Give bad service & instead of apologizing, threaten me! It's ok, Montreal has plenty of restaurants so Lucille's does not have to be my go to place anymore. Once again, I will give the kitchen a shout out, as the food is very good. To add insult to injury, when I complained to management, they didn't address any of my concerns & suggested I take my business elsewhere! A decision I had already made. Bottom line, avoid at all cost!!!
Seafood is very fresh but oysters were too cold to taste. Resto was VERY noisy with loads of traffic from back to front. Tables are too close together.
