Chicken liver pate was my favourite, as it was smooth & creamy. The steak should have been the highlight but it was slightly undercooked & was rare rather than medium rare; it made it a little tougher to cut through & chew. Thought the bone marrow was just ok; very rich but with no other seasoning, was a little bland with the crisps. Also the toasted bread they give you isn't nearly enough & imo should have been replaced with something that can soak up the fat better. Service was overall pretty attentive but they didn't bring us pickles, which I understand is a tradition here.

Really blown away by how good the food here is. Got the chicken liver, duck confit, & steak frites & all were outstanding.
We ordered the herring, the bone marrow, the duck confit & the steak with fries. They were all so delicious! Favourite being the herring dish, the fish paired with the green apples & potatoes was so well balanced. Each meal was very well portioned as well, perfect size to taste & enjoy each dish without getting too bored. The desserts were wonderful as well, favourite was the basque cheesecake! Would definitely come again & recommend for others!
Overall disappointing tbh. tried to convince myself to love it but food was mediocre to say the least, especially the main dishes (steak frites & salmon). Very bland, barely edible.
Had dinner here yesterday & got food poisoning!! Had the steak, liver pate & salad. Have been sick since. Very disappointed especially since they claim the ingredients are all fresh.

Great place for a date night. The service was fantastic, more European than American style. The food was delicious, fries were well salted, steak well cooked (as you like it), & the shallot-butter was so good I want to try making it at home. The place is nicely laid out with good lighting. Just remember to book a reservation.
