the Food is sublime, the versatility & creativity of the chefs is depicted in every single plate that is served! Not to mention the dedication of every staff member, they are all so kind & knowledgeable! You can tell that they really believe whole-heartedly in the products that they serve! Food is delicious & the staff make the experience there that much more special!

Excellente nourriture avec des produits frais & originaux, nous avons été traités aux petits soins par des serveurs sympathiques & souriants, qui nous ont expliqué avec attention chaque repas & fait découvrir des vins délicieux. Un vrai régal à tous les niveaux!
Premièrement, le service était vraiment excellent. Du staff qualifié, souriant & très présent. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation avec wine paring. Bon plat & très bon vin. Cependant, le prix de l'option dégustation versus les plats & les verres de vin à la carte était trop élevé. Je crois que l'option de 4 tapas pour deux avec des verres de vins suggéré par l'excellent sommelier est un meilleur choix pour votre argent.
Expérience culinaire extraordinaire sans fausse notes.La saveur, la présentation, la fraîcheur, l'originalité, tout y était. Un merci spécial à notre serveur(Nicolas) pour ses choix d'accompagnements de vins, bières & digestifs. Longue vie & on y retourne sans hésitation.
