Menu varié de plats & de boissons, avec un espace intérieur & extérieur très attrayant. Le service est rapide & efficace, la qualité des plats est satisfaisante, & les prix sont très raisonnables compte tenu de l'emplacement & du niveau de service.
Notre serveuse, Audrie, malgré la fatigue (ce qui est tout à fait normal vu l'affluence du week-end), était très gentille, respectueuse & très professionnelle.
Came here for dinner one night while on a ski trip. The wait to sit inside was too long (hug football game going on) so my friends & I opted to dine outside.
I ordered the mac & cheese, which I have ordered in the past & heard was really good, & paid extra for the melted cheese on top added smoked meat. The mac & cheese was okay, but I was highly disappointed in the quality of the smoked meat. It tasted rubbery & was not what I was expecting. The melted cheese on top was also a scam as there was very little of it.
On top of that, the service wasn't that great. When we were trying to grab a server's attention to get our bills, he completely ignored us & went to who I think was a friend's table & started drinking (???) before finally noticing us. Very strange. The only thing that this place has going for itself is it's location as it's right at the bottom of the ski hill. Would recommend avoiding it & going somewhere else if possible.
It's unfortunate that Tremblant doesn't have many options.

Extremely rude & unhelpful manager on duty… ruined our complete Mont Tremblant experience… wish we had never stepped foot here & would not recommend to anyone with the slightest of self respect…
Nous avons mangé vers 14h dans ce restaurant. Le service s'est très bien passé. Il est rapide. Nous avons choisi la poutine au porc effiloché. Une merveille ! Je vous la recommande les yeux fermés. La quantité est plus que généreuse. Le goût est incroyable. Le restaurant est situé en plein coeur de la station de mont-tremblant.
Très bon restaurant, avec une super belle ambiance. Nous avons eu un excellent service par Lucas, notre serveur. Attentif, souriant & il nous a donné les meilleures recommandations. 💯👏
The food came super fast, we couldn't even blink & was already on the table. Our waiter Lucas was super attentive, making sure at every minute that we were happy & well attended (we were a big group). Really recommended for fast & affordable meal on the base of the summit

The best burger I've had in a long time! I highly recommend the'Big Shack'!
We had lunch on the patio, no reservation & no wait. The service was quick & friendly, & the food arrived just as fast.
Lucas was an amazing server even tho I'm complicated with my steak & at first it was a bit to pink which is my mistake for asking medium rare, he took it back & it came back good. I would recommend eating here for 2 people spent 190$ with tip isn't bad
A good option for a restaurant right by the slopes. The food is okay, nothing exceptional, but it's convenient. It's a little bit expensive for what you got, but that's to be expected right next to slopes & in the middle of the village. We had burgers, & the club sandwich the, & they were all pretty good. Our waiter was also cool. Would recommend.

The food was great, arrived pretty quick. I would recommend this place to a friend. Atmosphere is great with nice views of the slopes. Servers were friendly & attentive. We will definitely be back!
The food was average at best, the service was terrible. We saw our server twice, once to take our order & after we got our food. We waited longer for our bill than eating our food. Only when I put my coat on & stood did they pay attention. We watched other tables that were also waiting for their server. Another server brought us a hand written bill because our server was occupied with something else. Overall it was not a great experience, would not recommend.
I had the smoked pork poutine & it was absolutely perfect-flavorful & the portion was just right! I also grabbed the Mac N' Cheese with smoked brisket to go, & it was incredible. Highly recommend both if you're in the area!'
Great place to stop in for a ski day lunch! The french onion soup & burger are delicious. I would highly recommend a seat at the bar to enjoy the decor inside as well as a view of the slopes. Good service & good prices.
