dined in yesterday & take out today! I wasn't expecting much since touristy packed restos tend to lack a bit in food & overall but we were plesantly surprised by the food & super fast service. we had the shack burger & beef brisket sandwich on the first day & had 2 burgers & onion soup for take out the next day & everything was superb 👌🏼Voir plus
Unfortunately we found the staff at Le Shack rude, unhelpful & money-grabbing. I'd like to say it was a one-off, but we had the same experience on both nights. There are plenty of other places in the village with far more welcoming & friendly staff. I don't like to say negative things, but I speak as I find.Voir plus
Love the ambience & the food, but the service is super slow, slow to order, to get your food & to get your bill at the end. This is my 4th time here, & it's the same every time. Not busy this time either.Voir plus
I have been there twice this week once with my grandson & we shared a poutine avec Pork, & today with a friend & we both had burgers. I normally don't buy burgers in Canada because they have to be cooked well done. These were still juicy & Delicious.Voir plus
Great place for dinner! Our server was amazing! She was very attentive & nice! Always checking in to see how we were doing. Very family friendly! For dinner, we had the shack burger, soup of the day (cauliflower chowder), calamari, filet mignon, Greek salad, kids chicken tender, & kids hot dog. The salad was fresh & tasty. Nice place. Good ambiance. Good service. Ok food. Ordered a Mac & Cheese au Poulet Fumé. The chicken was not smoked. So I'm slightly disappointed. More like big chunks of dry, unseasoned chicken breast in a cheese pasta. Cheese sauce was good. Similar to a common alfredo sauce. I had a piece of bone in my plate, which is ok, no problem. But if you advertise smoked chicken, make smoked chicken. The place looks like a smokehouse so it would've been nice. It wasn't that busy at 9pm on a thursday.Voir plus

Idéalement situé au pied des pistes, nous nous sommes arrêté au Shack avec l'envie de déguster un bon Burger ! Pour moi le montagnard & pour mon chéri le vege Burger. Déjà à peine arrivés nous étions pris de haut par la personne qui assigne les places, cette dernière nous a ignoré pour installé un groupe qui est arrivé après nous. Après que je lui ai demande directement s'il y avait de la place, elle nous a fait patienter un peu avant de nous installer avec nonchalance. Notre serveur était lui sympathique, il nous a bien expliqué le menu, servi de l'eau rapidement... Quant aux burgers... La tranche de cheddar est une vulgaire tranche qu'on retrouve en paquet au supermarché, elle n'a aucun goût & n'est pas fondu. Pour le steak vege... on a du demander si ce n'était pas un vrai steak car il était absolument identique au mien alors que bon il y a des végétariens pour qui le goût de la viande les dégoûte désormais. Overall the atmosphere amongst hundreds of skiers makes the outdoor seating area very popular. Very busy but outstanding service & food... French onion soup & poutine comes highly recommended. A menu with many options at a reasonable "Tremblant Village " price.Voir plus

Quebec school break so it's a busy week but we were seated reasonably fast. Service was amazingly quick (thank you to our waiter David). Fluent English service too, so much appreciated. Ribs & French onion soup were very good. Not as pricey as many other restaurants in Mont Tremblant Village so all around a great experience. (4th time there in as many years).Voir plus

Brie was amazing, my waitress good tho she didn't present herself. My 2 stars goes the that my Espresso Martini tasted like end of a coffee pot water, no actual Espresso in there, basically also no alcohol. My family & I tried to go here at 4pm on a Friday, the music was so loud that everyone was at screaming volume to hear each other. We were queing for about 10 minutes in that racket which was so loud that my mil started to get a headache, we didn't want to wait x amount of time for a table to become available so we left, causing you to lose out on a ~$300 bill.
