Service was great, very busy Sunday afternoon. Food was delicious & hot!
Atmosphere looked great, unfortunately we were sitting behind a very high backed booth & couldn't see much of anything. Definitely recommend the Nachos
This was my second time coming & it was all because of the best burger I've ever had which is the Brie burger & fries. It felt like it was melting in my mouth & the fries were so good I didn't even need ketchup! The service has definitely improved since my last time coming here with our sever Lucas who was attentive especially since it was a busy night! The only problem I had which he fixed for me was the cosmo they had tasted like poison it was just awful, but Lucas helped fix the problem. This is a must if you go to Mont termblant as they won't rip you off, you definitely get your money's worth!
After freezing our butts off on the slopes, we decided to grab an early lunch before heading back out. We landed at Le Shack mostly because they were the first place that could seat us-& honestly, timing matters when you're cold & hungry.
This place gets very busy right around lunchtime, so if you're rolling deep with a group, get there early. Once seated, service was solid & friendly. The food, however, was just okay. Nachos were fine but nothing memorable, & the chili wasn't exactly what I was hoping for after a cold morning on the mountain.
That said, it is a restaurant at the base of a ski resort, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. For me, Le Shack is less about the food & more about the vibe-it's a good place to unbuckle the boots, warm up, have a drink, & take a breather before deciding whether you've got another run in you.
Not a must-eat, but a perfectly acceptable ski-day pit stop.
Our waiter was super nice & helpful but the young lady who brought us out food just sort of tossed the tray onto the table & spilled my food onto the table. She didn't notice because she wasn't even watching what she was doing. It wasn't too busy in there so I'm not sure what had her attention.
Fries were good, burger was okay, my daughter reported that she enjoyed her pouting. Price was about what you'd expect sitting at Tremblant.
A great spot to enjoy an apres ski beverage & food. Our server Julianne (sp?) was excellent! They were very friendly & knowledgeable; It was a super busy place & they were always asking how we were doing.
Our server tried to take our order without writing it down. (Ordered only 4 items) She missed 2 out of the 4. Didn't even apologize that she missed the order. The place wasn't even busy. Didn't even attempt to make up to us to make our dining experience enjoyable. We were unlucky with the experience we had.
Our server Luca was excellent. Polite, funny & made great conversation. He was charismatic & checked in with our table regularly. The Joe's Philly *Philly cheese steak sub was very tasty & the jus & fries were delicious. For a busy lunch on Canada Day 🇨🇦 the service was excellent & well worth going again!
Love the ambience & the food, but the service is super slow, slow to order, to get your food & to get your bill at the end. This is my 4th time here, & it's the same every time. Not busy this time either.
Nice place. Good ambiance. Good service. Ok food. Ordered a Mac & Cheese au Poulet Fumé. The chicken was not smoked. So I'm slightly disappointed. More like big chunks of dry, unseasoned chicken breast in a cheese pasta. Cheese sauce was good. Similar to a common alfredo sauce. I had a piece of bone in my plate, which is ok, no problem. But if you advertise smoked chicken, make smoked chicken. The place looks like a smokehouse so it would've been nice. It wasn't that busy at 9pm on a thursday.
Awesome lunch in between ski runs. Busy upbeat vibe, comfort food & great service. We had burgers & fries. Would definitely go back.
Overall the atmosphere amongst hundreds of skiers makes the outdoor seating area very popular. Very busy but outstanding service & food... French onion soup & poutine comes highly recommended. A menu with many options at a reasonable "Tremblant Village " price.
Quebec school break so it's a busy week but we were seated reasonably fast. Service was amazingly quick (thank you to our waiter David). Fluent English service too, so much appreciated. Ribs & French onion soup were very good. Not as pricey as many other restaurants in Mont Tremblant Village so all around a great experience. (4th time there in as many years).
We visited on Family Day weekend. It was very busy but service was efficient & food was excellent.
Food was great. The poutine is bomb. everything is good except its always busy. The service is terrible. All the waiters have a hearing defect & another waiter ignored me when i asked for something & walked away. The same worker said that there weren't any raspberry milkshakes, i asked another worker & i got it ordered no problem.
Came here twice in one day. First was for a midday break to have a beer & the place was pretty busy. Waited an uncomfortably long time at the door but not a big deal as the servers were hustling to flip tables & get everyone in. Our first server was okay, greeted us quickly & got our drink order & then didn't see her again until I finally could flag her down to get the bill. Came back later in the day & had much more attentive service since it wasn't as busy. Always made sure we had beer! Can't comment on the food since we only had an order of fries but they were great. If you're looking for a place to have pitchers of beer this is it!
